I made a called on 12/17/2025 at 3:10PM. The rep was very nasty who took the call. She’s not fit to be in that position to answer calls coming to the company. I had no services for the past 2 months( missing traps). The rep hang up the phone on me which is disrespectful. I called back & someone else picked up. This person was more helpful, but it’s too late to rate them a 5 stars. One bad apple spoiled the whole bunch.

Not reliable- one time the pest technician “called out sick” so they never came, although this things happen, I was never notified and was left waiting… next time they ranged the intercom once, and left without trying the second name listed under that same unit and didn’t try calling my direct phone either. Was never notified and had to wait a long time in the phone to get an answer about what happened.

A technician by the name of Peter came yesterday and honestly this man did a super awesome job. He asked questions, walked through the apartment finding holes the mices are coming through and gave some helpful tips. Thanks alot Peter.

Deplorable service. Every time I try to schedule an appointment with this company for them to come to my building, it is always some type of issue whether they cannot come after 5 pm Or they can never give you a time as to when they are actually coming. I tried to set up something this morning for Or next week and I was told they would only be there on Monday. Any other day I would have to take it up with management.

They have workErs that are willing to steal from you and the company will back them so be careful.. Bad experience with this company and management.

Horrible service. My building management works with them. It took them a week to schedule an appointment after the inspection. They did show up the firts time. The second time I waited for 4 hours which is a ridiculously long window in which they operate and nobody showed up. They rescheduled another appointment in four days and didn’t show up again! After I called the company, they said that the technician is running late and will come within an hour. No call to inform me that they’re late, nothing! The technician didn’t show up in the next hour either. Worst service ever!

Reliable, professional service and their technicians get the job done well. I appreciate doing business with a company that cares about people. Thank you!

I had been having a reoccurring issue with roaches. One exterminator came but he left abruptly without finishing the job.. so they sent another Exterminator , he was in a rush, and left me the products to do it all myself. Unacceptable?He instructed me to mix it with water and spray as needed. He put down some sandy stuff that got everywhere and irritated my skin. I am now suffering from pesticide poisoning. I nearly died in my apartment ! I couldn't breath and my limbs went limp, I was mentally disoriented from the fumes. Luckily I made it to the E.R in time. But now I cant go back into my apartment. Utter nonsense, why can't these guys just do their jobs.

They are the worst. Liars never show up. And when he did arrive he wanted to put poison down I have a pet.

The technician was very very rude n not professional use very bad language make me even scared him been in my apartment all i was looking for him to say am finished and say am leaving wast of time

3 going on 4 month, I have been trying to schedule them. NO show and then want to blame the customer for their incompetence. Absolutely disgusting. ELH management my rental property company uses them and still they have not come to my apartment and spray out the place. TJohnson

So I called the office to book for extermination services and I was told they’ll come to my apartment in 4 days time. They never came even when I called on the appointed day and was told they were in my building!!! I got to complain the day after(7/22/2022) and the lady that received my call said my apartment number wasn’t on the list! She rudely cut my call off and further calls were ignored!!! I know these are employees trying to run down someone’s business because they get paid no matter what! I think the management of JP pest control should look into the quality of care their customer care representative offer, because at the current rate I will not advise anyone to use them!

This guy's do the best job always, Get them to do an annual pest and bug protection at my place. Highly recommend !

The products are watered down and not effective. Just horrible how some companies cut corners but this is by far very unprofessional to water down your sprays. It's like going to a mechanic for one problem but then he tells you that you have a million problems, so this JB Pest is the same thing, water down the product so they can keep coming back. Don't try to save a few dollars with this company. Call Orkin or another pest control company that is well known and Nationwide. Again DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

The woman that works at this place name Annie is very unprofessional and a liar. I wouldn't recommend this company considering Annie and some of the workers are lazy and do substandard work. I would give no stars to JB Pest Control if I was able too....2 THUMBS DOWN
