Eddy was attentive, professional and came on time for the appointment. He inspected the whole house and check for any openings. He couldn’t find any and told me that it might be an isolated incident that they came in some how from outside or from the next door or back side Neighbour. He placed traps every where he thought that they can go or attempt to go or hide and assured me that the problem will be solved with in few days. He gave me his cell numbers and told me to call him if I have any questions or issues. I’ll definitely do that and will suggest my friends and family to use Post for the services they advertise.

Edward did an amazing job getting rid of the basketball sized hornets nest in front of my house. Thankfully he arrived early to the job because I couldn’t take another minute of having these pests near my front door. I scheduled the appointment on Thursday and he came the very next day. The whole job was done in 5 minutes and I’m so grateful.

My wife and I had an appointment, waited for two hours and then called the office. The secretary answered and stated that the representative had an "emergency" and the best she could do was call us tomorrow to reschedule. I told her that it was unprofessional not to call and cancel rather than leave customers waiting. The representative called a half an hour later and said he could come then. He spent all of three or four minutes looking at a potential termite problem and then brushed us off with an exorbitant quote (I had another quote for comparison and that professional spent a good deal of time analyzing and discussing the situation). He did state that he was sorry for standing us up but his being short with us made it quite clear that the apology was not sincere. Now I know why friends of ours no longer use them and do business elsewhere.

Guy that came didn't know how to set up his own ladder that me and my landlord had to do it and then he was afraid to climb his own ladder onto the roof....I mean it's your job you shouldn't be afraid to do it.....totally useless
