I selected Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control for a client's property that required both termite treatment and rodent exclusion and sanitation services - no small undertaking. From the moment Tony De Costa arrived, it was clear we were in good hands. He showed up on time, worked diligently throughout the entire day, and maintained a pleasant and professional demeanor from start to finish. His work ethic is outstanding and his attitude inspires the kind of confidence that makes a stressful process feel manageable. There was a hiccup when another employee failed to complete the sanitation portion of the job. That's where Tony stepped up in a big way - he returned the following day with fellow technician Lance Gallegos-Borgelt, and together they took full ownership of picking up the ball the other employee dropped and getting it done, without complaint. That kind of accountability is rare, and it matters enormously to clients who are already navigating the stress of a real estate transaction. As a licensed Realtor in this market, I work with a lot of vendors. I won't refer anyone I don't genuinely trust. Tony De Costa and Lance Gallegos-Borgelt restored my confidence that choosing Truly Nolen was absolutely the right call, and I will continue recommending this company to my clients without hesitation. Truly Nolen - please give Tony a raise. He has more than earned it.

I misunderstood the cancellation process. You are tied to a 1-year contract at the start, but after the 1-year you go to a normal month-by-month subscription model, and then can cancel if you chose (but if you restart with them, it's another 1-year contract). I am still not 100% on board with this type of service, but that is just me. There was still the issue with not getting rid of ants in my kitchen and bathroom, but they did come out and set up additional traps and stuff. For the most part, the pest control has been good. Also, impressed with how quickly I was responded to after my disappointments.

These guys are great. We had a pretty serious mouse infestation and contacted Truly Nolen after talking to another service who charged an insane price to do the work that needed to be done (something in the area of $6000.00). Not only was Truly Nolen waaay cheaper the service was excellent. A guy named David Dolschenko came out and did and completed an assessment that turned out to be spot on. Our mice problem went away. The follow up services were great too. They made sure to institute additional remedies when mice found their way back into the house due to some construction we had done. Great service. great price. highly recommend.
