I contacted CTL after a referral from our previous pest control person retired. I was quickly set up with an appointment and prices were in line with what we were paying before. On the day of the scheduled appointment I received a date/time confirmation via text. Upon arrival Jeff, who was very professional, polite, and friendly, listened to our concerns/issues, giving careful consideration for our pets. We have a 1/2 acre lot and 2200sf home. He thoroughly treated the outside and then also thoroughly treated the inside of the house. We had been using sticky bait traps for insects in the home since our other person retired. Jeff assured us we would no longer need those. He was right! Since the day of treatment on 6/18 until this review we have not seen any pests inside or outside the house. I highly recommend CTL as well as Jeff, who is an asset to the company! Thank you guys!

I think this was the hardest pigeon removal to date. The main nest was the size of one entire solar panel and right in the middle of the array. But they didn’t leave until it was done. Not to mention the cleanup of all the debris. Fantastic job.
