John does an excellent job and is very professional and nice!

This was our initial treatment and we appreciated being serviced by Jeremy, the owner. He patiently answered all of our questions regarding: our homes’s specific needs and pest experience, then treated our premises based on need. Accordingly, we elected to subscribe to the quarterly plan and will look forward to seeing a relatively past free home over time. Initial contact, scheduling and treatment has gone well.

We received our first service today. Patrick McG was our technician. He followed all the directions provided to enter the gated community. He introduced himself and described what he would be doing. He noted the large number of plants in the backyard and indicated he would be using a hand sprayer for the back. He donned booties to spray the inside of the house. After the service was done he notified us and took our payment. Really impressed. Glad we made the switch.

In the past I've had good service from this company, but not this year. This year. I waited and waited for workman to ring the bell and let me know he was here. He never did. When I mentioned it to the owner, instead of understanding that this should be part of the service--letting people know when they're there--he sent me a map and said that the service had been completed. He totally ignored the fact that the workman should have let me know when he was here, when he started, and when he finished. There is no excuse for bad customer service, and no excuse for trying to justify a bad experience.

Mark came out to our home yesterday and sprayed the exterior and interior. Mark was so friendly, informative and professional!

Advantage Pest Control has been fantastic from the start. Had some issues with roaches in/around our house last month and after an initial visit saw immediate results. We signed up for a quarterly spraying and had our 2nd visit today. Mark is a true professional and outstanding representation of the company as a whole.

I have been using Advantage Pest and Weed control for years now and I love them. I get quarterly pest sprays but will be trying the weed spray later this month for the first time.

We have used Advantage for both our pest control and weed spraying. Each call they follow up with us regarding the effectiveness of the previous treatments and offer to treat trouble areas that are identified. With pests, we had a nasty scorpion problem that plagued our house for 10+ years. Advantage seemed to take the challenge personally and our problem pest is something we see outside of our home on extremely rare occurrences. Weed spraying has been extremely effective and has been worth every penny. Not having to hack down 5’ tall tumbleweeds that sprout after a light rain in the summer has been a blessing. I can’t stress enough how awesome the office and outside staff have been and look forward to continuing our service for the foreseeable future! If anyone is considering pest mitigation or weed spraying, this should be your first and only call.

Mark always does a good job

If you are shopping around for quality pest control, look no further! I called several places (went down the list of “top rated” pest control according to google) before reaching Advantage Pest & Weed Control, and I’m so happy I found this business! Firstly, there was NO PRESSURE to enroll in a service contract. I spoke with Brianne (hopefully I spelled her name correctly) and she simply laid out the service plans and let me choose what was best for me. The rates are competitive with the other local services, in fact they were less expensive than most. They also guarantee their work! I chose a one-time service as I had been noticing oriental roaches since moving into my new house. I have a 30 day guarantee so they will come back to spot treat at no charge if needed. Jacob was the technician who came out to treat my house. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable about the pest he was treating. He was also very thorough, making sure to get the areas outside the house where the insects tend to congregate. It’s been several days and not a pest to be seen! Very happy customer and I would gladly use them again!

WORST SERVICE EVER— both customer and actual quality of spray. ! They came to spray for weeds and bugs. 2 weeks later I still have bugs that are alive and well. Because they conned me into a contract service which said they would come back anytime there was a problem I asked them to do just that. They buegrudeoningly agreed but only after saying they would charge me another $100. I’ve had my house sprayed for bugs for years and have never had this kind of problem. Customer service was terrible and the lady was extremely rude and did not mind my cancelling service at all.

Jacob was very professional and kind. He sprayed the entire outside and inside of my house. He treated my black ant problem and sprayed my garage as well. I have always been satisfied with Advantage Pest. Their office staff is just as kind and professional when I call. I highly recommend this business.

Worst service ever. We canceled our service back in September however a guy showed up and sprayed outside and we were sent a bill. My husband called and said they were not supposed to come anymore because we canceled the service. Now in January my husband gets a call saying we had a bill in collections from advantage pest control. He asked how that was possible since we haven't used them in months nor received any Bill's at the house. He called advantage to see what was going on and they said we needed to pay for when the guy sprayed outside in October even though it was their mistake, and not only that but we were supposed to pay the full amount even though they didn't spray the interior or garage. He asked why it was sent to collections without any notice and was told that they were sending him emails and when they verified his email it was incorrect. They said they had send paper Bill's each month...they absolutely did not. And they said they have been calling...again they have not and the phone bills prove it. She refused to do anything about this issue. Even when we had their service we were constantly needing resprays ahead of schedule. This service and company are one of the worst I have ever felt with. Would give 0 stars if I could!

Amazing service friendly staff

My home has been sprayed and treated by Advantage for over a year now and we will not be using anyone else. Their customer service is great, their technicians are on time and courteous.
