I would’ve given more stars but I asked if both the inside and outside of my house could be sprayed but the exterminator ran out of spray. So I need to call back and reschedule.😕

Service is over priced. +$80/month and on a year contract. The service technician does a great job of spraying, checking and setting sticky traps and rodent boxes. Bugs are under control

Terrible service. Still had a pest problem after numerous treatments. Called to cancel service and they still took money from our bank account which I'm sure is illegal!! Stay away from aptive!!

I am paying a lot of money for pest control services, but I have yet to have the interior of my home addressed since my initial set up appointment because they schedule appointments on days that I am not home. I could stop in if I knew what time they would be arriving, but don't get information on arrival until AFTER they leave. No one asks if I am having specific concerns for them to address. My primary focus was mice in my garage. The traps and bait have never been updated because they don't come into my garage. Technicians do not communicate about where traps and bait are left, so I have had to empty traps in my yard myself and pull mosquito bait from my bushes and throw it away. At over $100/month... I think I will be cancelling (Even if it is a $200 penalty).

The service person seems to be nice but the service is horrible. They always schedule to come out without asking me when a good day is. It’s always a Tuesday or Thursday when I’m at work all day. They don’t give you a time range, so I can’t even get anyone else to wait at my house. The one time I was able to respond to when they showed up and I got my dad to open the back it poured right after and none of the ant piles died. Every time I go online to schedule something different there is nothing available ever! So they end up spraying just the front and I pay a ridiculous amount to still have bugs!

This is a trash company -they come when it’s convenient for them not convenient for you ! The rang of dates they come is 70-100 days -they come at the end of the date range and then when you do get service they half hazardously service your home with little to no motivation on your concerns . Then when you go to cancel you find out the initial person signed up LIED and your STUCK for 12 month contact on what your were told was a 6 month contact and you get a $200 fee . I will absolutely make sure everyone I know also knows about the horrible mistake /trap/ scam /joke of a company this is . Save your money and time and find some traps at Walmart whatever little service they have given has had zero impact on bugs or mice 👎🏻 zero out of ten can’t wait to never deal with them again .

Never and I mean NEVER let these people into your home!! These are the biggest scammers in New Mexico!! They will charge you monthly for a service that never gets complete! They won’t let you cancel and will claim you still owe them money! Worst company to ever have in New Mexico. Get these grandma scammers out. Do not sign up. You have been warned

We switched to Aptive and began seeing issues with bugs within the first month. Continued to give them a chance for a few months, however after seeing several scorpions in our house, we cancelled their service. Not impressed.

I’m submitting a second review bc now I’m pissed. I called last month and cancelled my service since I was being wrongfully over charged for a service I never received. So please tell me why my accounts are closed and you’re still charging my account?? Iv spent the last hour on the phone trying to rectify this, with your company deflecting any wrong doing. This is a complete scam and you guys are thieves. You should be ashamed!

Horrible customer service. This company scheduled appointments based on their availability and not what works for the customer. When you try to reschedule on their website. It gives a two week timeframe With no appointments available. I contacted them to reschedule for Friday morning and sat Home on two different Friday mornings. Waiting for them to show up only to get a call that they were on their way late in the afternoon which didn’t work for me. They were supposed to reschedule and they reschedule at a time. That’s not convenient. Again. You cannot reschedule appointments. I basically paid for multiple services that I have not received. Do not use this company.

Awful place to do service with. The contract i agreed to was not what was provided they stated i would pay only $60 my first charge. Then not till 6 months on my next service and would be back in 20 days to retreat and never did. Then proceeded to charge me $70 a month with no services done. There treatment didn’t even work I’ve had better services then this.

Worst experience with this company. More expensive then my previous company. I was scheduled a service on Saturday June 21st was told someone would be out between eight and eleven am. I waited all morning no one came, reached out to the sales rep and was told oh no one would be there until eleven and noon, quarter until noon wss told by the rep someone arrived. No they didn’t and I needed to end up rescheduling the service appointment. Wasted majority of my day waiting for someone . That should have been the first red flag. Monday comes they come out spray whatever needed to be done, I was told oh you should see improvements within two to three weeks…nothings improved. I called today to cancel services because I am not happy and got told I would have to pay 200 to cancel. UPDATE 8/4… it took them four times to come out and resolve an issue that should’ve been resolved the first time. Every time I bring up canceling with them, they literally avoid the topic altogether .
