Wildlife Command Center Of Reno

Do not hire this company! I had and still have bats living in my attic. Wildlife Command Center first came out in 2021 and again in 2022. The bats continue to return and even get into the house. A lot of money spent with no result. I had a different company come out, who gave me another pricey estimate along with pictures of areas of the home that were never even sealed. I contacted the supervisor before leaving this review. No help there. Do not believe the guarantee. I hope this review prevents someone else from wasting their time and money with Wildlife Command Center!

These guys were great! I had a fledgling Cooper's Hawk in my yard and they came out to check it if was healthy or if it needed to go to a sanctuary. They captured him safely, checked him out and let me know that he was in good shape, and just going through the process of learning to fly. They put him on the roof to keep him safe from ground animals and gave me some advice on what to do if he gets back on the ground as well. I didn't catch the guys' named but they were super friendly and I will definitely use them as my go-to wildlife resource. Added a picture of the fledgling for reference!

We found Everett to be extremely hard working, highly knowledgeable and well mannered. There were several colonies of bats living in our attic and in and under various cubbyholes all around our home's roof, walls and eaves. In the evening they literally swarmed out of our home. While we appreciated the excitement of watching the bats, we did not appreciate the mess they left behind everywhere. Everett came and inspected and assessed the situation with expert knowledge (identified three different species of bats) and calm reassurance that he could remedy the situation without any harm to the bats. He even moved the bat house (an attempt from the previous owner to solve the problem) to a more desirable location high among the pine trees and away from the house. One week later Everett came back and installed the one way doors on all of the openings...he worked for hours through the hot sun without complaint. He asked us, that if we saw that the one way doors were damaged by the bats trying to gain re-entry, to call him and he would come out immediately. Two weeks later, Everett came out (again worked for hours in the hot sun without complaint) took off all the one way doors and sealed up all the openings...no more bats! What also impressed us was not only were all of the openings very well sealed but they looked nice too. We highly recommend Everett for any wildlife problems you may have...he will get the job done and done well!

Great job. We found a Marmot in the engine bay of our car and Chris came out to remove it. It was gone by the time he showed up, but Chris still checked inside and out side of it. Thank you for services
