I have these ugly crawlers ,, elm bugs .. very bad this year so I told my landlord to get the pest control… I’m very pleased w their work .. I know that it takes a few days or weeks until all these pests will be outnumbered,,, although I saw a significant decrease, it still persists. So I decided to reach out again,, they are just so professional and scheduled me right away! Very highly recommended!

CAD has been my go to for over 20 years and I could not recommend them enough. The staff, and technicians are all extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. They remind when service is due and I am happy to be relatively bug free.

I reached out to CAD Pest Control after being referred to them by an arborist for a pest issue in one of my trees. I’ve got to say that every interaction I’ve had with them has been above and beyond. Communication was perfect, scheduling was perfect and service was perfect. I knew exactly what to expect and when. Service tech Eddie was awesome. He was right on schedule and explained everything in a way that was easily understandable. Payment was seamless. Highly recommend this company!

Very friendly, but I think their prices are extremly high for the work they perform based on rodent issues. I was quoted $200-300 by Amber to have someone simply set bait traps. YIKES! Edit: After their response, I see how their lack of training might influence customers to look elsewhere. Not once did Amber imply that that price range was thier inital fee or that they had other visits. I spoke to other companies, and they also seal openings from the outside to inside for that price range.

Jason Peters is so friendly and helpful. He's nice to our dogs. He gave us lots of great suggestions about deterring the mice and ants also. Great guy. Great service!

The best pest control service I have ever used!! I have owned several homes and rentals and have used pest control services at all of them. CAD is the kindest, most informative, and most reasonably priced. Thank you CAD team for being so great!!

I used CAD for three properties for weed pre-emergent. We had so many weeds. I contacted them on May 7 and received a call back on June 5. It was a very expensive service that we thought would be worth it, but I cannot recommend.

This company is great to work! They are EXTREMELY organized, keep us in the loop for all the expected services per appointment, and communicate in a timely and no fuss fashion. We highly recommend their services!!!

These are the absolute nicest people and really care about their customers. They do a great job, are very considerate, have great prices and don’t try to charge you for things you don’t need. Wouldn’t even consider calling another company.

Our family has been using CAD for our home for years. We absolutely value the professionalism, the quick response, and the knowledge of all the creepy crawlies. Charlie has been our technician these past few years, and he is amazing. He takes the time to explain our "pests" and is very knowledgeable in the needed treatment, the breeding times of insects/spiders and is just all around fabulous. Our home has been treated for ants, spiders and pests that get into our fruit trees and we have had no complaints. I always appreciate a company that is friendly, prompt and very experienced. CAD, and their whole team, has been amazing. Definitely recommend, and we would not go anywhere else.

Funny I've lived here all my life. Weed control is usually 3-400 per acre. Cad quoted me over, $1,500/acre Thats ridiculous.

Its Ok...As a Casino...But The Food/Restaurant Their Is Off The Charts When It Comes To Taste/Especially Price☆☆☆☆☆

Honestly I will not recommended this company. I had them spray my house exterior for ants and the problem got worse. The ants got worse and after looking up the product info they used, really not an effective solution for long term mitigation and I had it sprayed only a week ago. There were new nests of ants right outside my house and the problem intensified. If I pay for a service, I’d hope it gets done right the first time. Used the company I did last year and am confident, just like last year, my problem will be resolved. The money I spent with CAD is a loss.
