The guy seemed nice enough by the book. I've had service with this place before and previous guy that came in sprayed my house accommodated me with a little spray for my camper which is on my property. This guy would not. It is what it is.

I feel that my service technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to talk through my issues with what was going on in my house, (ridiculous amounts of spiders). He explained the process very well and in a way that I understood. I would and will recommend to friends and family.

Natalie at Orkin takes great care in understanding our needs and accommodating when we need a service appointment, even on short notice. She is personable, thorough and professional. I have had a very positive experience working with Orkin since I hired them, due to a persistent ant problem that has been a problem since March 2026.
