Cheyenne did a good job with spraying the outside of the house for spiders and Beatles. We may have to have her come back, it seems that there are still quite a few left.
Eric is always so nice. Goes the extra mile and knocks down the wasps nest we get.

Our technician was Jonathan on 3/18/26. He did a great job! Explained everything he was doing, he was very knowledgeable. Cleaned spider webs and sprayed for all the pest spring brings out.

I had a pest control technician come out named Eric. Eric did a fantastic job very polite. Highly recommended.

Would highly advise anyone reading this to find a different pest control company. Their selling point for the contract is unlimited visits until the pests are gone for a monthly fee. They lock you into a 12 month contract show up for the first visit and you’ll never see them again. Dropped a box of mouse poison outside, still had a mouse problem 3 months in and couldn’t get anyone to show up. sprayed for wasps, still had wasps 3 months in “we have to wait for the chemical to set” was the line they fed for why they couldn’t return. Said they’d get rid of black widows, and still had widow nests all over. Said they’d get rid of ant hill, ant hill wasn’t phased. I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

Employee by the name of Caden Dekker continued to harass me despite telling him to get off my property. There were no solicitation signs so soliciting was highly illegal.

They lie about weather so their techs don’t have to come out and service your home. Then when you approach them about their lies and lack of service they “investigate”, deny, and then treat you like you’re the problem for trying to make them do what they are contractually obligated for. Then offer you significantly less than you paid to end the contract. When they do make it your property they spend more time in the truck and avoid the cameras on your home that prove they aren’t doing the work they say they are doing. I would pay literally anyone else to do this job before I let ANYONE from this company back on my property.

Service is a joke and wayyyyy too expensive. When they come out to your house the job is way under par. You have to practically be out there and actively do their job for them. Also the bugs were worse this year after they treated them before. Do not recommend STAY AWAY

If I could give zero stars I would. Their sales man told me it was a trial service. Now they want 300 dollars to cancel the service. They have also forged my signature on documents that I never saw or signed. I gave them a chance to show their services were good but I’ve just had more pests in and around the house since they started. They kept saying they were breaking the egg cycle and it would take an extra treatment or two but after multiple treatments nothing changed. Huge scam don’t use them.

The salesman came to my place and was talking to my wife. We recently started a contract with another pest control so my wife told him that information. He pressed her about what company we hired and she advised him that she did not know. She told him only I knew the company and the salesman told her “oh, I wouldn’t want to bother you… You can go get the man of the house for me.” Mind you, I was driving up to the house. We spoke outside and he asked me who I was using for pest control. I did not tell him who I used because I just started a new contract. I dislike how rude he was to my wife. Definitely not recommending them.

Salesman came to my door at 6:30 PM as I’m trying to feed dinner to my family. Kept pushing for the sale and I said I’m happy with my current pest control. This is a horrible time to go marketing, sorry. Also, the salesman showed up in a polo shirt and faded athletic shorts, could probably dress up a little bit.

Door to door salesman came to my residence to sell services, i let him know right away that we have been getting a lot of this pest control sales visits and that we are not interested. He continued with the pitch and I told him multiple times I am not interested. He then stated that what I’m doing is a smokescreen and that it’s common then continued the sales pitch. Frustrated, I informed him that I’ve stated multiple times that I’ve let him know I'm not interested and that I'd like him to leave. he still refused, so i threatened to call the police as I've asked multiple times and he is now trespassing. he eventually left after stating that "he has made more sales today than i will see on my entire paycheck". needless to say, i won't be signing up. I would appreciate contact by the Reno management team.

This company has the most unprofessional sales team. Your sales member came to our house TWICE in the same day, even though we have a "NO SOLICITING" sign clearly posted on our front door. The first time, we did not answer the door because we figured our sign was clear. The sales member then proceeded to cross our private property and jump off our retaining wall to reach the sidewalk. SO disrespectful. The sales member came to our door a second time, so we answered and told him he needed to leave our property and pointed out our VERY CLEARLY POSTED "NO SOLICITING" sign. He would not leave and continued to give his sales pitch as we shut the door. We will NEVER use this company due to the unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect toward us and our property. It doesn't bode well for this company that someone posted a review with the same complaint just one week prior. TRAIN YOUR STAFF.

If I could give them negative stars I would. When I signed up for this service(over a year ago) I was guaranteed warranty work, haven't recieved it. Set appointments, they do not show. I have had numerous problems and getting a supervisor to call you back.... good luck. Please choose any other pest service than this rip off. Oh by the way they charge more because they offer the warranty service, that you will not recieve.
