Great service with excellent professionals

This morning I had Justin attend my property and I was so satisfied him and he’s a pleasant man to chat with. He answered any in all of my questions and he did a thorough job for me. In the future, I would have just back in my home and I recommend this company as well. I had this company at a previous property and I was satisfied, and that was the reason I decided to go with them again.

Jonathan did a wonderful job today. Was very thorough and while we will wait to see how effective it was, I feel confident we can get the job done.

We have been with Natura for about 2 years, they come out quarterly or whenever we need them, it’s rare when we have to call for in between services. But we recently got a really bad ant infestation out of nowhere, luckily, we have Natura as our pest control company, I called them that afternoon and they were servicing my home the very next day! 😭 Thank you for taking my concerns so seriously and coming out so quickly!

Ben showed up today and asked if we were having any specific pest issues. Once discussed, Ben jumped into action dusting the exterior eaves and vents, then sprayed the perimeter of the home. I thought Ben did a great job and he was very thorough, polite and professional in this service.

Natura provides awesome service. We noticed a mouse in the garage and their free re-service program allowed us to have them out to our house outside of the quarterly scheduled service. Provides peace of mind that we are taken care of whenever we need it!
