This was a great experience with Truckee Meadows pest control. From the initial call and consultation on the phone to the actual inspection and work performed, it was awesome. Jake was my technician and he couldn’t have been nicer or more thorough. He actually spotted something after the initial inspection and treatment around our treehouse where wasps had started to build nests. He took care of that and we were very grateful. Love these guys!

The free inspection was very thorough and educational. Beware of this company. They give you no information on the pest that you're dealing with ( bed bugs)! They treated my home and to no avail did they get rid of them. They don't go over the cycle of bed bugs and how they come back and how they won't re-treat your home. They want another $2,500.00 to do it again! This place is very unprofessional and has no sympathy.

Due to our professional and sympathetic qualities here at Truckee Meadows Pest Control, we've talked to you many times on the phone over the last week, we sent a technician to you for a free inspection to answer any questions you had (in which no bed bugs were found) and offered you a cheaper option for treatment. We did a treatment for you in January which was about 9 months ago, we can't offer indefinite guarantees and can't offer free services as much as we would like to help everyone out. We wish you the best.
I had an excellent technician last year who always did a thorough job, but the last two visits with a new technician have been very disappointing. The service was careless—spider webs were left untouched around the eaves and windows, and within just a week the house and windows were crawling with spiders as if nothing had been done (below is just one example of spiderweb on the window clearly older than a week). When I called to request my former technician and shared my concerns, the manager showed no interest in fixing the problem. They refused to assign a more competent tech and didn't even offer to redo the service. Because of this poor service and lack of accountability, we will not be continuing our contract.

To keep cost down for all of our customers, we need to keep the technicians on their route and maintain efficiency. Unfortunately, the one and only technician you would accept from our company is way out of the way. We wish you nothing but the best.

They inspected our home and provided a report and a few weeks later after my GC saw a number of places that rodents may be entering that were not included in their initial report, I called to see if they could come back and the rep on the phone was very short and rude and said they would not come back under any circumstance without charging and essentially hung up on me. It was very odd since I was calling to hire them but the conversation didn't even get to that point because he assumed I was looking for free work. Very strange.

The technician sent to my house as a re-visit to deal with a yellowjacket and grasshopper invasion was rude and dismissive. I have used this company for several years but I intend to cancel their service. Their technicians, after two revisits this year, appear to be lacking training and customer service skills.

Your employees suck at driving!!! Thanks for almost ripping off my front end and cutting me off. Tell your employees to learn to drive, if they are coming up to their exit, plan ahead and don't wait till the last second!

Hello Scott, we give 2-hour windows for our technicians' appointments because we work in the service industry and some appointments take longer than others. We also don't provide a "simple spray". We do a thorough inspection, de-web entire home, treat and give a 30-day guarantee. We take pest control very seriously, and our prices reflect our professionalism. We would love for you to actually experience our 5-star service and will happily provide a discount code for you.
Spike is extremely rude and unprofessional! Arrived more than 1 1/2 hours late for an appointment and did not even have the courtesy to apologize for wasting my time.

I decided to try rhem since 104.5 plugs them as part of the Rob anybody and Dawn show. Went to their website to request a quote/service and put my info in. Called them about a week later and nobody answered and still haven't contacted me. I went with Natura since they came around the neighborhood. They answered immediately and were able to schedule me within a week.
