As Store leader for Petsmart I’ve had 13ish stores across 6 different states and Virgilio with Sprague has been the best pest control manager I’ve had in any of my territories. Virgilio listens when I have a problem and takes my challenge's seriously, addressing them with heist. I have recently been tasked with an infestation challenge and really needed guidance on how to best eradicate and he was there. It’s great to have somebody who cares so much in a role that can affect so many people if not addressed properly. Thank you Virgilio!!!
