Great work overall. The staff is friendly and took the time to walk around the house (and in the crawl space) with me, explaining everything they saw and what they did to fix my squirrel infestation. They answered every question on the spot. Since they've finished, nary a squirrel in sight (side note: the treatment also likely solves my mouse problem in the crawl space). Bravo! The only reasons for four stars v. five are: 1. Their scheduling notifications aren't great. I heard they were coming the day of (for the three or four different days they came out), instead of ahead of time. And, there didn't seem to be an actual schedule, but more of a 'when my techs are available' type of scheduling. 2. The website says their service includes attic and/or crawl space cleanup. While they did include the crawl space (and cleaned it up very nicely), they wanted to charge an additional $800 to clean up the attic (after they had already given me a quote for the job). Not cool, man.

When dealing with a contractor first impressions and honesty are always an issue. When I first called eco PestManagement and explained my issue I was greeted and told that they could help me and that a representative would be at my house later that same morning. Later that same morning I received a phone call from Brian, the eco Pest Management employee letting me know he was on his way. Brian asked me questions about the issue and then proceeded to do an inspection of the house and property. There was quite a bit of snow on the ground and Brian said he needed to come back once the snow was melted so he could conduct a more thorough inspection. We agreed on a date for his return and he left. Sure enough on the agreed to date I received a phone call from Brian letting me know he was on his way to finish his inspection. When he finished he explained what he saw and what was needed to remedy the problem, he told me he would email me his report, including photos and the price to preform the job. I received the email later that afternoon. Once I agreed on the price, the day needed to complete the work was set. On the day the work was scheduled, I received a call from Brian letting me know he was on his way. When the job was completed Brian explained everything he did and showed me pictures of the completed work. I never once felt like I was being cheated or taken advantage of. Brian is an excellent representative of eco Pest Management and I would never hesitate in calling eco Pest Management for any pest control problem.

We hired ecoPest to help deal with the pigeons on our tall, multi-story home in Sparks. From the start, they were incredibly professional, punctual, and communicative—which is a breath of fresh air. They initially installed a wire system on our roof ridges that worked perfectly. When the birds tried to relocate to a hidden roof return a few months later, the team was quick to come back out, talk through the challenges, and help us find a balanced, customized solution. It’s rare to find a crew this polite and willing to explain the technical side of the job. Highly recommend them if you want the job done right the first time!
