I've been receiving service from R&C since 2016. The service tech always calls me the day prior to visiting which I am grateful of. Payment process is simple so no issues there and visitation is bi-monthly. So far, I never had to call them back to my house for another treatment because since I started with them, I've had no major issues. I appreciate how I don't have to be home in order for them to provide treatment/service, and I especially like how they leave me with extra bug traps when they're done. NOTE: My initial bug problems consisted of (my personal naming convention - I'm not a bug expert) pincher bugs, silverfish, roaches, wolf spiders, other non-poisonous spiders, black widow spiders, and ants). Since the treatments, they haven't really come around except for a few stragglers here and there. Thx R&C Pest Control for the excellent work you've done thus far! Definitely recommend this business to other residents and commercial properties.

We have used them for a couple years, last time a new person came without being notified our last person had quit. We shall soon find out through how many dead or alive bugs show up.

R and C has done a great job providing insect control services at our home in North Las Vegas. Their prices are some of the best in town, they call the day prior to each service to make sure we can either be there or ensure they have access to the critical places around the house, and their technicians have all been nice, respectful, and seem to actually care about any buggy s#^@ we have going on at the house. R&C is a great choice for anyone that wants recurring pest control services.

Great service

I first called R&C Pest Control 8+ years ago when I found a black widow spider in our home. We signed up for spray service and had the wonderful technician KC take care of us for years! We last saw him just today, he was absolutely amazing yet again, thoroughly checking our home for pests and even any past evidence of rodents in our attic. So happy we are pest-free today and I am so grateful to know I can call R&C whenever I worry about a pest problem - they will have someone out fast and are always professional and kind. We have been using R&C for the past 4 years and I could write a short story on how amazing they are. Living in Las Vegas with 3 young toddlers we were always terrified of one of them getting stung by a scorpion or bitten by a black widow. We hired R&C within a week of moving in and have never seen either on our property. The few times we have seen any sort of web outside they come out within 24 hours to respray. I have yet to find a spider inside the house - 4 years later. I couldn't recommend them enough.

We just purchased our house and had a huge ant problem that took over even the inside of our home, the young man that came was very careful with my garden at the same time very detailed in his work in and around our house. Would recommend for anyone with a pest problem.

Truly kind & ethical people. I had a horrific ant problem this year to the point it looked like my patio was alive! It was BAD. I left a message asking for a quote to have them come out and they called me back within an hour. It only took a couple of questions for him to know what type they were and their life cycle. He absolutely could have come out and charged me for a visit to spray but instead he educated me about them and told me I didn't need him for this. He knew they would all die off in about a week because they were only here because of the grasses that grew so much this year. He was kind enough to tell me how to keep them out of the house until they died off & he was right, they were all gone within 2 weeks. You don't find that very often anymore, ethics like that. I was very impressed. You should trust these guys to take care of you.

Been using them for over a year. Great quality service. Rj our service guy is great. Polite, thorough and addresses any concerns we have. Any problem inbetween regular service they come right back out and address it. Definitely recommend this company.

This is by far the BEST pest control in the whole wide world. Very reasonable price, amazing results ( no bugs at all , but if some lil buggers decide to come r&c will come for free to fix the problem!!!), & the most important reason why this place is the best is the employees. Everyone is so well mannered & professional. I do feel like family and they care about me & my experience. Christine & mike are doing absolutely fantastic running this place. & the residential technician RJ is a godsend lol. He’s so professional, very polite & knows what to do. He will go the extra mile for you (& he’s very handsome lol). KC also “mister r & c” is a lean green spraying machine. He’s a big expert & the guy is so personable I wished he was my family cause he’s such a nice guy , funny & strong energy. Rj & kc are the best , they’re both Pacific Islander so they have that big heart, island style attitude. All in all DONT THINK TWICE USE R & C

This is a great little company. The office staff is awesome. They guarantee their services. Any activity between services and they come back out for free. After your initial start up you do not even need to get the inside sprayed at all. They lay such a barrier that nothing ever gets through. However if you want inside done each service that’s included no extra charge. All you need to do is say you want inside service each visit. I would definitely recommend this company for any pest control needs you may have. Great prices too!

Been using these guys for years now. RJ is my tech and he is great. This year we saw not even one roach in our house all summer long. If your looking for a company that’s professional , with staff that is personable, and that also doesn’t break the bank......give these guys a try. You won’t regret it!

Awesome company and really good price... Did such a good job at getting rid of my bed bugs. Have been so through with coming four weeks in a row to make sure they are gone. The service techs that have come out are very friendly and knowledgeable... If your looking for a good pest control company then this is it. Have nothing but good to say about them!!
