We have used Las Vegas Pest Control for over a year since we moved to Lake Las Vegas. They have been very responsive, professional, and reliable. We have had no more problems with pests since we started using them. They will also come out and do an inspection of the inside of your home and make suggestions on anything that can be done to protect from pests getting in. We've been very happy with their service.

The tech was a lovely woman who arrived on time very informative sprayed everything that just what I asked her to looking forward to using them again

Gene, the tech was awesome! Called for a quote, they were quick with response and got me the best price out there for a commercial building. He was very knowledgeable and courteous explaining the services and what insects or bugs frequent certain areas due to weather and debris. We now use them as a monthly service. 5 stars!

The absolute worst problem you can get are bedbugs. They physically and mentally abuse you every day. We tried everything ourselves, Fogging ,spraying and Powder. We threw away our couch And beds. We finally called Las Vegas Pest Control and We were lucky To get Troy as our consultant. It was a free service. At this time, I did not call any other pest control company and I didn’t need to because Troy Explained everything was very professional But most of all I could feel his honesty and caring. I booked Our bedbug extermination that day and we were scheduled five days later, but if I had any questions, I could call Troy and he always answered my questions. Our technician was very professional He called ahead of time and when He was done he called with instructions on when to enter the house He told us what he was going to do and answered any questions we had The company even Did follow up calling to make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Las Vegas Pest Control to take care of my problems with exterminating unwanted visitors to my home. And if you’re lucky enough, the first person you will see from Las Vegas Pest Control is Troy ❤️

Called on Monday for a termite inspection for a VA loan. Checked pricing and it was 50-100 dollars. Called Las Vegas pest control and was told that it was 349.00 but there was a special that day of 39.95. They scheduled it with me for Thursday 01/24/24 between 10am to 12:30 am. I called an out of town relative whom I put on the call to verify the times so he could be there. I was told that Brian from Las Vegas Pest Control would be here then. Also I was told there would be no payment necessary until he was finished with the service. Now, no phone calls , I get an email today cancelling the appointment with no explanation. I call Las Vegas pest control and I am told that Brian will not be here but someone named George will be here same day between 8-10am and now it would be over $150.00 because the person I talked to was new and made a mistake. So they will come and spray for non existing termites for 39.95 but they want 150.00 to fill out a piece of paper for non existing termites for a VA home loan. Extortion is what it is and when I ask to speak to a manager. I am told that there is not one available. Horrible customer service. Stay away from them. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Do not bother with the service. Overpriced! New owners have ruined this company that used to be Red Rock Pest Control. Very inflexible about canceling a monthly visit due to holidays. Was forced to have someone come out to my house just to do the front yard in order to keep my service. The people are not as friendly as the old owners of Red Rock Pest Control had me on hold just to talk me out of canceling we were with Red Rock Pest Control for six years Las Vegas pest control new owners, ruined it.

Avoid this business at all costs they do a terrible service at a premium price and won't let you cancel. Number 1: they refuse to contact me to schedule the service even after many times I have asked them to do this and they agreed. Number 2: they routinely do not spray my backyard. Number 3: I have contacted them several times about the poor quality service, not completing the entire property, and not calling or emailing to schedule so I could be present and correct these issues. Despite what they say on the phone they never do what they say they will. Awful service, they have no way to cancel it online and everytime I ask to cancel they won't let me despite how they aren't delivering a service. My contract was with red rock pest control and after they merged with Las Vegas pest control the quality has dropped.

Very upset they took $50 out of my account without my permission , no correspondence to let me know prices were going up ,, asked for a refund and I’m told I just have to wait and that’s if they decide to give me back my money ,, asked to speak with someone in billing was told there in no one else I can speak with ,,, but they made sure they canceled my service immediately not happy!!!!

Pay for their monthly service. Found 2 brown recluses. Left multiple messages and emails, they never responded. Finally got a hold of them on the phone and they sent someone out, found another brown recluse in my house a week later. Company is a joke, do not use them under any circumstance.
