Matt is highly recommendable! Matt called the day before he was to check my traps and set his arrival timeframe. Very pleasant and upbeat on the phone. He showed up in the timeframe that was expected and thoroughly checked my traps. Matt is also friendly and knowledgeable when asked questions. Feel confident with his answers.

Troy provided information about my service of which I wasn't aware; that was very helpful. In addition, he took the time to point out things I could watch for (like dirt up against the house) that might encourage termites. Troy is great to talk to and very knowledgeable. Thanks for great service!

Nicholas was great as usual! He is always courteous to us and willing to answer any questions we have. He does an excellent job spraying all around the house and asks if we want the garage interior sprayed, also. He always calls ahead of time to let us know he will be arriving soon. Nicholas services our home 6 times a year.

They came for a one time service and have been billing me every month since. Awful company. They know they aren't coming to my property and they still bill. They also promise things and do not deliver. THEY SUCK

This has been the worst extermination service I’ve ever experienced. They provided “mosquito buckets” and assured me they were pet-friendly, but my puppy ended up having an allergic reaction. I decided to give them a second chance, but during the next service, they didn’t have all their equipment and still wanted to charge full price for incomplete work. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

Unfortunately this company purchased a pest control company I had used for 10 years. This company is terrible. Their billing department is atrocious. They have an in-house collection company that doesn’t know what’s going on. They try to bill you over balances that are not correct. I continued to see ants and rats, even after several months of service from them when I asked the Technician about continuing to see rats in the backyard. He told me to get a dog. I canceled my service but still had one month already paid for so they said they would send a technician out one more time, but they never arrived. Now two months later, I’m getting a call from my collections company saying I still owe them money. This has been a very frustrating encounter.

So many 5 star reviews, maybe they are good at regular pest control but for sure not rodent control. I have a “ roof rat” in my kitchen. They sent Brian to do the inspection. He made it sound as if they would get the rat plus make sure there were no nests. He tells me just call us locally instead of the call center and we will take care of you. Mind you I am a 70yr old widow. You want to know what I got for 450??? 4 traps!! And some black boxes in the back yard. And I still have the rat. Had I known this was it I would have struggled to get down on the floor and put my own traps down. The problem would have been getting up!!! Anyways just another old lady taken advantage of.

Not 24 hour unless you consider a virtual assistant 24 hours. They don't work weekends they don't do same-day calls even if you find a scorpion in your house. Don't recommend them if you have weekends off or are worried about same day service when you find pests in your house.

TLDR: Their technicians do not spray your whole yard and don’t do granules and dusting even though that is what you’re paying for. They also don’t come out for inspections! I am not the type to leave a bad review because I honestly think its cringe and embarrassing, but Las Vegas Pest Control has billing us for services that aren’t being rendered and I want to warn people, so they don’t have to deal with them. Read their Yelp, all the bad reviews are over there explaining essentially the same thing that happened to me. And if they reply to my review saying I am not a customer, the account is in my boyfriend’s name. We previously were customers with Green Wave which was acquired by Las Vegas Pest Control. Ever since the merger we have been having issues. The technicians are not spraying our whole yard, obviously that is wrong and not cool. Like if I hired a landscaper to pull weeds, and the landscaper only pulled half of the weeds, I wouldn’t be getting what I paid for lol. The technician didn’t spray under my covered patio, didn’t go down to my side yard to spray, and I have him on my front camera only spraying one side of the stairs leading up to my entry gate. The technician also sprayed half of the backside of my house and then stops? I have this on video from two different dates. But, I am struggling uploading a video, so I will upload photos with time stamps that show the technician never opened my side gate at least. My boyfriend called the tech, asking what happened with the side yard and why he didn’t spray, he just kept insisting he went back there, and that he is the best technician ever lol. But, like okay dude we have you on camera, when are you gunna stop lying lol. I pay for granules and dusting, my yard hasn’t been dusted, and the granules haven’t been put out since April. It is now August. My boyfriend’s mom has also had an issue with them not spraying her backyard because they claim they didn’t have the gate code. The technician was given the gate code over the phone, but they just put in their notes they couldn’t treat her house because of the gate code. We both have pool cleaners, landscapers, and obviously use pest control services. We know how to make sure technicians have the proper information to gain entry to the area to provide a service. We have never had a company not be able to gain access to the yard. So, this gives me the impression they just said screw it and didn’t want to go in her backyard. In July, I found a carpet beetle in my guest room, at the time I was like “ehhh what if it could be a worse bug let me get an inspection.” So, I tried to call and get an inspection and I was transferred to a person at a call center who was just pressing me on upgrading my plan to include mosquito care because “there are reports of mosquitos in my area.” Like just straight up lying, obviously we live in Las Vegas there are no mosquitos. No matter how many times I said no, the dude kept trying to get me to upgrade. I said something about how I pay them enough to get my free inspections and when I say no I would like that to be acknowledged and respected. That guy hung up on me. Called back, they said someone would call about an inspection. I never got a call or inspection. Canceled my services with them today. And if you decide to go with another company, see if they are owned with Las Vegas Pest Control because they bought a few pest control businesses around town.

Never again once the payment got through the follow up services is so hard to reach called the salesman brian texted him never replies but when he was here told us just call him anytime it’s been a week i can’t get a hold of him our house smells so bad and i have a kid at home smells like dead rats called the office we were scheduled but they didn’t show up again. Follow up services sending someone that doesn’t know how to do the job plus complaining while working saying that it’s not her job to go up in the attic plus customer service are rude never again.

I’ve paid this company $300 so far for one five minute treatment. They didn’t show up for the second scheduled treatment and didn’t bother to call. The appointment window was five hours long so my entire afternoon was wasted. Total scammers. The reason why they have such high ratings is because they give discounts for five star reviews.

Hi, I was unaware that green Wave was bought out by Las Vegas pest control. This was my first encounter after the acquisition that I wasn’t informed of. - anyways, the service personell showed up and didn’t ring the door bell to let me know who he was, or ask about any problems or concerns we were having with pests. My dog was barking terribly so that’s the only reason I saw he was in my yard. I watched him spray very sloppy all over the place not being focused to the corners of the house. I’m very upset with this service. Didn’t ask for me to open my garage or if I needed any spraying for the inside. Seeing how sloppy he was I’m happy he didn’t come inside to spray. Missing Green Waves attentiveness and customer service that we loved and why we were clients of theirs for so long. Probably need to find a new pest control company if they hire these kinds of techs with zero customer service, pay no attention to detail, and don’t treat your home like it’s theirs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Absolute JOKE!!! Brian, the tech that did the estimate was very unprofessional. Hit on the me the entire time, making the entire experience very uncomfortable. The price was 2X’s another company bid but they readjusted to keep our business. The heat treatment Robert preformed melted the blinds and the door frame of my apartment. They bought replacement blinds that were the wrong size and left them on my porch for me to install. Then they completely stopped contact. $1700 for more damage. Please do not waste your time with this disgraceful business.
