The exterminator comes to the door to check in, ask about any pests seen and then goes about his/her job with little fuss. If they find something, they will share it with me. They gave me some good advice about trees too close to the roof, gaps in the garage door and gaps where the water heater pipes enter the house.

Russ and Chris provided great detailed servicing information on the types of chemicals used for the interior and exterior of the home. The scheduling of services is quite flexible. They were here with in a few moments after a call from their office. Both individuals are personable and would recommend them to everyone who requires pest control services. A service well done. The man who sprayed my house, chris, seemed distracted as if he had other places to be. Whole process seemed rushed therefore making customer service poor. Still also seeing scorpions after 3rd spray.

Terrible customer service. The owner Russell is passive aggressively standoffish and doesnt seem to have respect or regard for anyone.
