Prime Pest Control did an outstanding job. THEY pay attention to detail in all aspects of there business. My service technician Craig is so knowledgeable and easy to interact with. I have not seen any bugs inside my home since he has been my technician.

I absolutely recommend this company. Great customer service, all around , CRAIG was the gentlemen who came to service my residence today his customer service was OUTSTANDING , he was very kind , knowledgeable and made sure every question i had was answered. Wasn’t notified , wasn’t home, just sprayed the front. The dogs were out, so they couldn’t do the backyard. Nor inside the house. Tried to contact Prime, but no reply. I will be canceling Prime.

BEWARE! PRIME PEST CONTROL GETS YOU TO SIGN A CONTRACT THAT SAYS IF YOU CANCEL THEIR SERVICE YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM $200 EXTRA DOLLARS THE CATCH IS THEY SEND PEOPLE TO YOUR HOUSE TO DO THE SERVICE AND IT'S ALL PENCIL WHIPPED THEY HAVE PEOPLE WALK AROUND YOUR HOUSE BASICALLY DO NOTHING. MY HOUSE GOT PENCIL WHIPPED CLEANED MEANING THEY DID NOTHING TWICE, THE FIRST TIME I ALLOWED THEM TO COME BACK AND FIX THE PROBLEM THE SECOND TIME I TRIED TO CANCEL MY SERVICE AND THEY HAVE A GUY NAMED KEITH THAT IS PROBABLY THEIR BULLY THAT TRIES TO SCARE YOU TO NOT CANCEL, KEITH AND I YELLED AT EACH OTHER ABOUT IT LOL. I HAVE CAMERAS ALL AROUND MY HOUSE AND SAW THAT THEIR GUY TOOK SOME PICTURES AND SAID HE DID THE JOB, HE WAS AT MY HOUSE 5 MINUTES AND THREE OF THOSE MINUTES WERE HIM JUST TAKING PICTURES . BUT WHAT HE DID WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I WENT OUTSIDE AND ASKED HIM SPECIFICALLY TO DO MY PERIMETER AND HE DID NOTHING. THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THERE GOING TO DO 3 FT ON EACH SIDE OF YOUR PROPERTY LINE EVERY TIME THEY COME OUT THEY BASICALLY SQUIRT ABOUT 3 OZ WORTH OF SPRAY AND LEAVE. BIG TIME SCAM COMPANY BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. I'm extremely frustrated and angry! I hired Prime to get rid of a mite infestation that began last spring. I told them about it right from the start. At first it seemed as if their service helped, so I signed their contract for a year's service. It was a stretch for me financially but the only option besides having to pay unaffordable prices each time they came out. So they've been spraying since last September, when I signed up, but the bugs have continued to just get worse and worse. Craig, the technician, always says that this time will do the trick, but it doesn't, and I'm absolutely miserable! I can feel these tiny bugs crawling all over me all the time! They get into my ears, nose, eyes... everywhere! I can't keep them off me no matter what I do! They're so small like tiny white specks the size of this period. Craig tells me each time he comes, that he is using stronger pesticides and that this time will do it, but it doesn't! I live on a very small fixed income and now I'm strapped in to paying monthly for a service that isn't helping at all! When I've asked what will be done about these bugs, Craig says that they're at the spray limit and have to wait longer before spraying again. Each time he comes it's basically the same story... this time will do it. I've been very ill and confined to my home, struggling with an array of health problems stemming from cancer treatments (radiation and chemotherapy) that I've recently gone thru, which they also knew right from the start. They said they could help me! I can't believe that this is happening. I'm losing my mind! If they didn't know how to get rid of mites, they should have told me that, instead of talking me into signing a years contract for a service that isn't helping me at all! Now I'm stuck and can't afford to do or get something different that WILL help! I'm extremely upset!

We have had good service up till these last two months. I don’t think the technician has been paying attention to detail. We haven’t had any problems with pest issues until recently. We have had kaka roaches invading our house. We have been loyal customers but this unacceptable. Train your employees better or get employees that will care about the job.

I'm not happy at all with the services provided. Prime has come to my property 4 times to spray for pests in the span of 2 months. The bugs have increased and I'm even beginning to see new bugs and spiders. They reassured me that after 30 days I'd see no more bugs. Well, 2 months later and it's not true! The product they use attracts the bugs to your place. I've seen 2 bugs this morning alone. My building houses 16 apartments and now every bug in the building is making it's way to my place. I just want to change to a different company, BUT they charge $100 fee to cancel! I asked to be contacted by a manager 2 times last month and no one has called me yet.10 out of 10 I DONT RECOMMEND!

I'm extremely unhappy with Prime. After 2 months of service I don't see a decrease in bugs. They force you into a monthly service and the product they use attracts bugs to your place. If you want to cancel the membership they charge u $100. I asked to speak with a manager last month on 2 separate occasions and NO ONE EVER CALLED ME! They did waive the 2nd months fee, but at this point I know I'm undervalued as a customer and I feel I've been conned! I just want the bugs gone!! I wanted them repelled away and now every critter in my apartment complex is coming to my place. I'm highly disappointed with this company because it came highly recommended and the fact that management never reached out to address this is frustrating. Don't use their services!

Beware this company is a fraud!!!!!! When I got the service I had told them I wasn’t comfortable spraying the inside of my home because I have a newborn and toddler. I was told I would not have to pay for the inside just the outside. They still charge me for both I called, the lady over the phone said even if I don’t do the inside, I still have to pay. I mention to her I want to cancel my membership then she offer to give me a discount why wouldn’t they just honor the at the beginning. I told her I wasn’t interested just want to cancel they now want to charge me 125 to cancel when I was told it would be $100 this company is a fraud!!! The service you receive isn’t even good the last spray the guy didn’t even do a good job he had miss half of my backyard my husband had to tell him to Spray the rest. Horrible service!!!!! They charge a lot for the service not worth it.

I don't usually give bad reviews, but this is well deserved. I contacted prime to tell them about bugs showing inside and outside of my home. This was after they sprayed on June 7. I was told, if you need courtesy sprays in between service that would be free. So we scheduled a service for this past Friday, June 11. Because I cancelled my contract after requesting a courtesy spray they decided not to show. When I called to ask about this, the lady said you must have contract with us for your courtesy spray. Do not go with this company. Not worth the $65.00
The guys doing the actual spray are great, but the admin staff is a nightmare to deal with. After I canceled my service with them, they continued trying to charge my card and I had to contact my bank. They sent me to collections over $40 they say I owed for cancelling their service and the next day tried to charge my card *again*. Will never do business with them again.
