Trevor and his team are always on time and extremely professional. They take pride in there work and are incredibly respectful of our property. Anytime we've had to reach out for something other than our regular service ( which has been three times in 14 years ) Trevor is very responsive and has shown up the same day to address and resolve the issues. We have been using Dr. Death for 14 years and this will never change. We could not be happier with Dr. Death and would not recommend anyone else but them to anyone needing pest control services. Dr. Death Pest Control is wonderful. They came and sprayed with very short notice after I found a scorpion in my house and gave a lot of info about scorpions in general and how to prevent them. I haven't seen a single scorpion in almost a year now. Highly recommend!

Always on time, always professional, takes the time to answer any questions and is super knowledgeable. I have been using Dr. Death since 2008, in 2018 weeks started getting scorpions and he quickly came over and got rid of the problem. Told us which trees in the yard could be housing them, we have not had any more problems. You want a reliable experienced and caring company this is the one!

Wish I could give 6 stars. Trevor and his team are the BEST pest control company in Las Vegas, Boulder City, or anywhere - by leaps and bounds. I've had long conversations with Trevor about the methods and reasoning behind different types of poisons for different types of bugs and pests.

Dr. Death has been our pest control for the last 8 years and has always been amazing! Whenever I have a question or concern Trevor is happy to call with advice or come check out any pests concerns we may have and takes care of it instantly. We’ve never seen anything alive and his prices are reasonable. I’m forgetful and tend to leave our side gate locked and he always texts ahead of time as a courtesy. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. After moving into a new rental house, I was informed of an outstanding appointment with this company early the next morning. I called to have it rescheduled and was told they would not deal with me because I'm not the property owner and they refused to change the appointment. They told me if they couldn't come at that time then they were going to cancel the service completey. Whoever answered the phone was incredibly rude and I've never seen a service company that said they'll cancel the entire service instead of rescheduling an appointment. Avoid this company at all costs.
