This company was wonderful from beginning to end!  They were knowledgeable, responsible, thorough, and comforting through a difficult experience. From Crystal in the front office - highly efficient, effective,  and kind - to Nolan, who helped and informed me throughout the process to Justin, who expertly fixed the remaining issues, this team exceeded every expectation I had.  When we hit a snag or two, they went above & beyond to ensure a very successful conclusion. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service and great & caring support.

Super bad service and lackadaisical attitude. They dont care if customer has paid or not. They dont bother to follow up by phone on accounts pending, and when I said it's their payment, they said it's your service. And then I told them I will switch, and they said ok. Wonderful sales and customer service model.

We have been using Elite Pest Control for over 10 years and they are wonderful. They are very understanding about scheduling, will do as much or as little as you wish (we don't like to spray a lot out back - I like the good bugs 🙂), and their customer service is top notch!!

Scheduled appointment friday they cancelled, rescheduled for sunday nobody called or showed up. definitely unreliable.

We moved from California and were nervous about the pest problems Las Vegas was known for. We were referred to Elite Pest Control with high recommendations. So we tried them out and have become loyal customers! Whenever we call the office, the secretaries are so kind and helpful! Our technician, Jacob is so friendly, he gets the job done and does whatever possible to make sure ALL pests stay out of our home! He eliminated our roof rat problem from when we first moved here. We are so grateful for Elite keeping our home PEST FREE!

I've been using Elite for years. Just recently I had a problem with a swarm of bees in my back yard. I called the office and they had someone come right out and take care of it. In October my kids left out back sliding door open and a tarantula made its way into the house! I called Elite and the OWNER came right over and caught it and took it out to release it into the desert. Now that's customer service! I love that this company is family owned and if you ever have a problem you can talk to the owner. I highly recommend Elite Pest Control.
