We had an outstanding experience working with Jay, Ivan, and Bo. They were incredibly professional, detail oriented, and thorough from start to finish. It was clear throughout the entire process that they work extremely well together as a team, communicating effectively and staying organized every step of the way. Jay took the time to carefully inspect every crack and crevice of the vehicle, both in the cab and the rear storage area, and clearly explained what he was seeing and doing along the way. Ivan and Bo complemented that effort perfectly, ensuring nothing was overlooked and that every part of the service was executed with precision. The team went deep into areas most providers would overlook, including under panels, shelving, and equipment. Got their applicator on camera barely coming into my apartment to spray for bugs came in took about 3 to 4 steps into my kitchen and just left it didnt look like he even sprayed for anythimg so glad to pay for service like this

I am updating my review from one year ago. I had Recon come in and do exclusion to avoid rodents coming into the house. One year later they came in and rechecked and said everything is still fine. However, we are STILL getting mice in the house. That means they are still able to get into the house. I called the technician about this and he said mice are tricky. Well what was the point of me paying almost $2000 only for me to end up having the SAME issues when mice come into the house as it gets colder. Either the technician did not do a good job or exclusion method does not work. Either way am so disappointed with their work.

Pretty disappointing experience with Recon providing an estimate for a home in west O. We requested an estimate to evaluate mice in attic. Visit was scheduled, and Recon staff member arrived as expected. Recon guy didn’t enter attic from garage as requested (it has 2 entries) but instead wanted to poke head in our closet attic which showered all our clothes in insulation. He apologized, but didn’t even go in attic after creating all that mess. All that being said, four days later we still haven’t seen an estimate from them. Others provided service estimate on site, same day.

If a commissioned salesman comes to your property--RUN. I had to file an extensive complaint with the NE Attorney General's office. The Recon main management claimed not to know who the sales agent was, but in Recon's name, he unlawfully represented the contract, lied about the need for treating earwigs, bullied and coerced me to sign paperwork that I understood to be for a ONE TIME REPAIR to the eaves. It's the "Gotcha' Game" shake down where the paperwork was then used to tie me to services I never wanted. I already have a wonderful pest control service and I repeatedly made it clear that Recon was NOT to trespass on my property for the purposes of spraying toxic chemicals in the yard. I had a "NO SOLICITATION " sign on my door, but at the time, this sales person misrepresented himself by saying my son had sent him. My son, being in the trades, often swaps services with other tradespeople, so I felt I had to tread lightly. Well, I later discovered that salesperson used my name, opened a false contract in my name to substitute for the year-service agreement my son had accepted--except that sales person couldn't coerce my son into signing anything or giving his credit card to keep on file. . . . so he used my information. Worse yet--Recon extracted payments through withdrawals using a router number on a check. They did not have any legal authority to deduct automatic payments from my checking account. They didn't even have legal authority to trespass in the first place. They were forbidden to apply ANY chemicals to my yard, so by claiming to have done so is admitting to more trespassing and vandalism. If they so much as park along the curb of my house, I'm going to call the police--and you should, too.

They surprise text you two days before your service that they are coming and you can’t reply to the text to let them know that doesn’t work so you are forced to actually call. Last time they sent the text on Christmas Day while I was out of the country. I told them I was not home but they came anyway and counted the tech spending 3 minutes spraying outside (with snow and below freezing temps, pointless) as a service. Honestly stay away from this company, the way their services are scheduled you really only get two legitimate services a year during months bugs will be active but you will pay $840 dollars over 12 months. As a kicker we never really saw a decline in silverfish activity.

I never write negative reviews but for this one I will to help others avoid this nonsense. Guy who showed up lied on how payments are done. Was told plan was for every 3 months but they will charge you every month. Just to even cancel was a total rip off. Service wasn’t even good, still was a good amount of pests around my home. They’ll send email after email and call you even after you already paid. Do not recommend.

I do apologize for the miscommunication and misunderstanding on our billing cycles. It was never our intention to deceive you. And we will definitely be training on this with all of our employees to make sure we are being clear in what we offer our Customers, to ensure that our Customers know what they are signing up for before they sign up. We do automatically spray every 90 days because our products are built to last that long. However, our Billing is done on a monthly basis to break it up and make it easier to budget. We can certainly switch it to quarterly billing for those customers who prefer to pay that way so instead of the smaller monthly payment it would be a larger payment only after you receive an appointment. Or an annual payment option with an extra discount when you pay that way as well. We do try to make it as convenient on our Customers as possible and I am truly sorry if not all of these options were given to you. Our services are warrantied and we will come out as many times as needed to get your pest under control. Especially in the beginning when we are just getting started it can take a few appointments to get them under control as our products do have a flushing quality to them as we are trying to attack the source of your problem not just the outliers. We do email invoices and receipts as well as appointment reminders and service reports showing what all was done after an appointment, but we try not to send out a ton of emails to overwhelm you. We have options to turn those off as well if you feel like there are too many emails. We understand how important Time is to everyone and we try to keep that in mind and make all of our processes and conversations as easy as possible and it we failed in that with you. I am truly sorry we will strive to do better in the future.

I did my year commitment and needless to say I am not impressed by far. I still have bugs and when they really do most of their treatments are the times bugs really wouldn't be there and after this last treatment I seen no results. To make matters worse they charged my card without my authorization but instead of fighting with them or my bank and its the last one they can keep it and I terminated my services which I believe is a true rip off. This is why they always try and make you give positive reviews in the beginning. I never do until I receive services. The reps wasn't always the greatest. They still never sprayed inside my doors. I don't need a manager just a confirmation that my contract is canceled and I will not be conned to Recon again!

I regret signing a contract with that company, they are irresponsible and only good at taking your money from your savings account. I made several appointments with them to get to my house and they make you wait all day because they do not respect the schedule that they themselves give you, when you claim for your money they take out the clauses of the contract; they want good advice, never make deals with them.

Signed up to get rid of moles. It has been a nightmare since they started. They have come out multiple times and the moles are getting worse and killing my lawn. Didn’t have this big of a problem before they started. VERY frustrating! The photos are only part of the signs we have seen since they started treating. Almost seems like what they are doing is attracting them!
