Dustin and Carter were exceptional today. They kept me informed throughout the process. They were outstanding with customer service. They cleaned up after themselves and actually went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Great experience. Russel was an exceptional employee. He took to heart the issues that I had been having since early June. He worked on getting me taken care of today... not a week or two from today - today! These gentlemen were exceptional. Very professional. They are all three great examples of ambassadors to your brand. More people should emulate them!
