Fertilizer/weed control and white grub control. All options are Not listed in your service list. Plus I Wasn't home & my bf said he was here & gone with in 10mins. I'm not sure that's Enough time to make SURE he covered entire yard professionally. So that is my reason for my ratings

Do not hire this company. They dropped the ball over and over again for us. We paid for about 4 months and their guarantee was a complete lie. The technicians skipped our backyard on the first 3 visits and we had to call them back out to actually do their job. We had a manager come out because our backyard was horribly overgrown with weeds after they dropped fertilizer on it multiple times. I was told the best thing to do is to kill the whole backyard and reseed which I was completely okay with and agreed. The technician comes out and drops fertilizer and does not spray again. We had to come them back out and then he did spray. I went on vacation and came back to an extremely overgrown backyard of weeds that were thriving. I called the company back and a manger comes out again just to tell me that “that technician isn’t qualified to spray the weed killer you need and the one he sprayed is not effecting on the kind of weeds you have.” We were told that a technician that is qualified will come out and spray roundup to kill the backyard. I called the manager to talk to him about setting up the appointment and was told it will be an additional charge of $125….what was I paying for in the first place? The lapses in communication, horrible service, and lack of doing what was promised will make me forever recommend people away from this company. When I called in to cancel and voiced my concerns the manager didn’t even try to compensate us at all for the lack of quality service. 4 months of payments for nothing. Do not hire.

I signed up for their lawn care service because I was told I could cancel at any time. Unfortunately, that has not been true. Whenever I call and press 1 for new service, someone answers immediately. But as soon as I tell them I want to cancel my service, they transfer me to another department that never answers the phone. I’ve tried multiple times with the same result. They have already treated my lawn twice, but my front yard is still full of weeds. On top of that, the payments continue to be automatically withdrawn from my bank account, and I can’t get anyone to process my cancellation. At this point, I don’t know what to do. This experience feels very misleading. It also makes me question whether their 4.7-star rating reflects real customer experiences. I regret trusting the rating before signing up. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Gavin arrived Wednesday morning for the lawn care service application but I was at an appointment and not at home. I started the service with Pro Turf in 2023 and found that they are very professional and care a great deal about servicing the lawn and keeping the customer apprised of their activities. I highly recommend this company as they are responsive and provide exceptional service. My lawn is nice and green as a result of the applications and due diligence. I commend Pro Turf and Gavin for the quality, value, professionalism, and care that they take in treating my lawn.

Update-UNBELIEVABLE I canceled my business with this company over a month ago and disputed charges with my bank before going with another company for lawn care. I got an email today that they STILL came out and treated my yard after the other company had already treated it. If my yard is negatively affected because of the over application of chemicals due to this company’s negligence, I’m going to be livid. —————————————————————————— I texted and talked on the phone with a representative on 4-9-26 and he told me 7 applications would be $89 each and total $623. I agreed and they completed my first application on 4-13-26. My card was charged $115.56 on 4-15-26 and I was not given an explanation on why this was $26.56 more than I was quoted. I texted the representative I originally spoke to and he said he would check into it. Nothing. I called to talk to someone and couldn’t reach anyone until I pretended I wanted new service. Finally talked to a female who put me through to a voicemail she said was a manager. I left a message and never received a call back. I called again and talked to a different representative who assured me the company would make this right. I never heard back from him.

Our technician, Caleb, applied a Fertilizer & Weed Control Treatment today. He was on time, professional and did a great job. Before hs started, he asked if we had any questions. I would highly recommend Pro Turf & Pro Pest Solutions..

This is the worst company in Omaha. They VERY promptly charged me but weren't able to deliver the service on time, so I ended up canceling my order. They said I would get my money back in about 5 business days. It's been 2 weeks now and I still haven't received my money back!

We purchased a full-year service package in advance in March 2025, which cost $1,024.70 up front. By May we had not actually spoken with anyone, though two people had visited the house to spray, but didn’t let us know they were there (so I am unsure what was done). By May 20 we still had not received the indoor treatment which had been guaranteed to us “in the first quarter”. I called and texted our assigned liaison to schedule the service and it was still not scheduled. When I finally reached someone at the main number, they apologized and scheduled an indoor treatment appointment for the following Saturday. My family rearranged our day and waited at home for the technician, but no one ever showed up. On Monday, I texted our liaison again and was told a manager would call me shortly. No one ever called. I called the main office again asking to speak with a manager and was again promised a callback that never happened. At that point, I requested that our account be closed and that we receive a full refund, which still has not happened. The lack of communication, repeated no-shows, and failure to follow through at every step was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company and will be continuing to seek a refund and move forward with another business.
