It's so nice working with a local company. David our sprayer was so knowledgeable and did such a thorough job inside and outside & the garage. Outside he wiped down areas where we tend to get spiders and he left a dust in that area. So friendly.
Isaac did a GREAT job. He was very thorough with providing pest inspection throughout my house. He communicated about what he was going to do and did what he said.

I just had my early spring service by Midwest pest control and Chris did a great job! He was very thorough, communicated extremely well, offered indoor as well as outdoor services, and treated problem areas at my request. He checked on the vole problem that we were having and did not see any recent activity, but still put out some preventative traps, which was much appreciated. Thanks Chris for a job well done!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH: What you get. 1 service every 3 months, deceptively stated as every other month. Service people provided token service then sit in the car at your address to say they were at your location for longer periods. I called to cancel after they missed 70 days without any service. They agreed to full refund on the phone. Unfortunately this was to string out the contract and get more money out of the customer. Then after the first review posting and despite the agreement they threatened me with no refund and a cancellation fee. After a time of them threatening me with a cancellation fee repeatedly despite the agreement to provide a full refund i offered to have them refund what was not needed to pay their individual they asked me to remove my review, i stated that i would change it if they followed through. They didn't charge me the cancellation and i upgraded this review from 1 to 2. They immediately started harassing me by texting me several times a day and threatening me with that cancellation fee. I had to put a bank stop as they were attempting to charge despite the 3 months this has been going on. I attempted another negotiation. they agreed for the third time then waited for the review to be put to pending and then attempted the final charge and have been harassing me repeatedly still.
They provided the worst customer service ever. They initially quoted a service fee of only $50, but now I’m being charged over $400 just for canceling my membership.
Called to ask why their technician was using my sidewalk and driveway to access my neighbor’s house and although the woman I spoke to was apologetic she made excuses for him and how he was perhaps confused about who’s sidewalk it was. As you can see it’s VERY clear whose sidewalk it is and around the corner out of view it goes directly to our backyard gate which is approximately 20-30ft away from my neighbor’s gate. Was going to email these instead, but apparently they don’t have a functioning website.
Had service for 4+ months and a tech came out 4x during this period, which was $63.13/month with tax/fees. Absolutely no change in the “activity” of critters - ants, spiders, mice, etc. I sent multiple Live Photos of the spider activity. A tech usually was dispatched with two weeks, but absolutely no benefits to the treatments. ***It was a red flag when signing up for the service that they had a $250 cancellation fee. If they truly stood behind the service, this should not be part of the agreement. At this point I’m $250 deep with zero benefit in pest control. The only way out is to waste another $250 to dissolve the contract. Save your money. Avoid this company!!!
EDIT: They sent a THIRD person to our property after this review. I have told them not to come back several times, that we are not interested, and they continue to HARASS us. AWFUL Company. You couldn't pay me to accept their services. Had 2 different guys stop at our house trying to sell us pest control services from Midwest within a 3 day period. They woke up our napping child. If people aren't calling you for pest control services, they probably aren't needed/wanted and going to their front door twice in a week is excessive.
They stopped by my house and had me sign a contract for service, so I canceled my current service. They no showed for the appointment they gave me and sent a text they double booked, asking me to re-schedule. I called to re-schedule during business hours. Got voicemail asked for callback. No response, tried again a few days later, same no callback. Again a week later no answer, no callback. Now I'm left without any service. I have a signed contract with them that they are just ignoring, yet the same contract they'd fine me $300 if I ignored. Very disappointed.
I got a text to rate the technician and it slicited a tip from me. I cancelled my service. The technician isn't a waiter. It is up to the company to fairly compensate their employees. Would not recommend this company.
This company goes door to door soliciting, and are super pushy when they do it. This is even after telling them we're not interested.

We originally signed up for them to spray in the inside of the house, explained to them that we only wanted people out when we were home, they didn’t listen and still came out and sprayed the outside only, which wasn’t the original issue we even called about. Then they charge you with an early termination fee after they failed to do what you thought you signed up for. Poor customer service.
