Overpriced for them to do almost nothing. Brought used bait boxes filled with feces from a prior customers home. Had no way to tell the actually activity level at my home because of this, also if anything attracted more rodents to my area because of all of the feces left in the boxes. Very overpriced for them to barely skim through your home and leave a few dirty boxes outside. Any interior pest control is an extra fee. Did not work with me at all to get it cancelled, all they could do is offer me a free interior inspection which I no longer needed because I solved the rodent issue with a few $2 mouse traps from walmart. Paid over $500 for two inspections all to solve the issue myself. Will say, techs and sales people are VERY nice and genuinely seem to be doing their job best of their ability. Think the company is just a little bogus and doesn’t run things well.

Won’t let me cancel without charging $300 early cancellation fee… even though I only have 3 months left on my contract. Silly and bad business. Why not just make it a $3000 early termination fee? Or 3million?

Was a 5 star until I started to utilize them. They quoted me a $99 starting fee yet charged me 140 and while they acknowledge they overcharged me they seem to be unable to refund my money for the overcharge. Horrible company. Now I am stuck for 1 year because they make you sign a contract stay far away from this company very shady.

Every time they came to my house, they told us that it was one or two mice and in all the follow up appointments, they tried to say there was no more mice now the problem is worse. We have more mice, baby mice. We have seen mice on camera who look pregnant they won’t respond when we contact them. They caught one mouse the personal traps that we set up have caught three additional mice when they told us the mice were gone, the outside traps are an additional fee per month. The cost was high compared to other places, and they didn’t even solve the problem. I don’t even know if they have sealed all the holes outside.

Avoid them! I’m calling to see when my contract is over! I have used multiple pest controls and never had to have a contract. When I asked they said it was to give it time to work. I have had to call them once because I watched the guy on the camera NOT spray my house and was he was barely here and the time he was, he was in his truck. When I called, they looked it up, agreed. The next guy came out and did a thorough job, but since back to the skeleton. We have lived here nearly 6 years and have more mosquitoes, spiders, gnats and other ransoms than ever before. It was a high pressure salesman who swore their product was better. LIES! Avoid this company. What makes me most said is I was locked into a rate with my previous (who I was happy with) and now will pay more. Don’t fall for it!

I have related multiple times that I ended service bc at the point in time I could not afford the services bit they continued to bombard me into renewing services which I could not afford at the time. Now saying they forwarded to collections which I dont even know how I owe them anything bc they haven't been here in months. Just another company that just doesn't stop harassing u about there service. Watch what u r buying

I will give 0 star if I could. When they knocked at my front door told us we can cancel anytime without penalty , promised to get rid of the bugs, spiders, red ants around my pool, after a year service, I have the most spiders , bugs , gnats ever, don;t even can open the back door to let my dogs out without thousands of gnats flew inside. So I finally called to cancel the account manager just handled to the wrong way, stated we had to pay till contracts due. Stay away from them.

Waste of money and your time. We signed up with Greenix about a year or so ago specifically for wasps and spider issues. We continue to have these pests and they're worse now than they were before. We've repeatedly requested they handle those items when they come out for service. Our last service included the tech using a swiffer to wipe down the webbing, half of which were missed. We've tried several times to amicably find a solution to their service flaws and also cancel the account to which we have been met with several sales pitches to keep them and a HEAFTY cancellation fee. We've repeatedly told the service manager to cancel our account and not to re-up it and they ignore you, talk in circles and continue to state that they will fix the problem. Take no for an answer. Take "cancel my account" for what it means. Stop wasting time with 45 minute phone calls and actually uphold the guarantee clause of your contracts and sales pitches.

TLDR - the solicitors use predatory/pushy tactics to bully you into saying yes. Do not do business with this company. Today, while I was eating, a solicitor came to the door trying to get me to switch to Greenix. I immediately told him I wasn't interested, but he kept talking, telling me about how he was helping my neighbors. I let him know I wasn't interested, but he kept talking. He asked who my pest control service provider was. I told him I'm currently working with two companies. He proceeded to tell me what service I was receiving, incorrectly, and told me they could do better for less money. Several times, more than 3 times, I politely declined, and he kept pushing. He told me that I could easily cancel whenever I want, etc. etc. I had to stop being polite, and very firmly and directly ask him to leave. Then he acted offended and asked what he did wrong. I told him he was being pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer. He literally argued with me, explaining that he was not being pushy. At that point I stopped asking and told him to leave in no uncertain terms. He flashed quite a smirk as he left. After a cursory glance at the company online, I found that this company has come under fire for predatory/pushy door to door sales and trapping people in terrible contracts. Apparently, before we met, my fiancé also had negative experiences with this company, with the salesman literally hiding behind a bush and scaring her daughter. I wouldn't and won't tolerate this kind of behavior and neither should you.

Our home was serviced today and this is what we get. Webs were NOT wiped down. The first service we received a year ago was great but since this is what we get. Unfortunately we have had similar results the last few visits and have even had returned service's to try and get things better, but still not what promised. Unfortunately we have spiders on the outside of house near the ceiling of the covered porch and overhang of garage and Greenix has Not help improve. There seems to be just as many webs and spiders as before if not more. I will Not be continuing services with the company.

I have been on their program for over a year and we are still struggling with webs on the deck . Last visit Cory said he was going to spray the deck with a special product only if I asked . The webs were pretty obvious and I signed up for you to take care of the issue . This was not worth the money .
