Left the gate open after service so my dogs could go running down the street. Not to mention sometimes it feels like you are paying to have them refill bait boxes

so awful do not use them. I needed emergency pest control services due to maggot infestation in my garage and they were the only company that treated for maggots so the guy came and treated which that part was all good and effective however, when I was signing paperwork, my two month old baby was crying, screaming in my arms and the guy was trying to talk to me about everything else and he told me what I was signing was just acknowledgment and allowing them to treat the outside and inside of my house I briefly looked over everything and it looked like that's exactly what I was signing, but it was not I guess. He told me that this time it would be $100 but every other time I needed service it would be $40 so then a couple months go by and I get a text that I have an aptive pest control appointment coming up. Which I never made so then I logged into the account that I had made for payments and it showed that I owed $60 so I called customer service and they said that I was on a 24 month contract of $60 a month. first of all I can't afford that right now. I'm a young single mom and just needed one time service and was told I was only getting one time service so then when I ask if I can cancel my contract, she said I would either have to pay $300 or she can drop my 24 month contract to a 12 month contract and drop my fee from $60 a month to $50 a month but I can't cancel it. So somehow I can't get out of a 24 month contract that I didn't even know I was signing but she can drop it down 12 months and $10? she also told me that she would freeze my account for three months with no charge and no appointments but they're still texting me about coming Every week and I have to cancel it every time and I never reschedule it but then I get another text that they're on their way and I have to tell them that I tried to cancel all of these appointmentsand still trying to charge me so it's impossible for me to cancel this and they just like won't listen I would not recommend using this company at all. It's impossible to get out of contracts. You didn't even know you signed it. They have a bunch of hidden things in their paperwork and they twist their words make you think something else and it's just getting super frustrating at this point

Wasp nest was built right next to the wasp trap they set up. I had to have them out 3 times to repay. They use peppermint which you can use yourself. I do not recommend this place at any cost

Tried to cancel but will always have an excuse why or a price to cancel. The guy came out and sprayed some out front then left. Was only here 10 minutes at that. We have cameras and nothing shown except on the front one. Our plan is $164.00 and they agreed originally to spray inside and outside when they come. They have to be reminded each time what they need to do. Poor poor service and over priced.

All I have to say is with this company run and don’t look back. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from any company I’ve ever known enter at your own risk. I didn’t get to have any service because they told me that if I didn’t sign a 24 month contract that they couldn’t service me so even though the initial service was for a one Time service because the person that I spoke to initially on the weekend, it must’ve set me up for a 24 month contract so when he came over, he was trying to get me to sign a 24 month contract and told me that he couldn’t help me unless I signed the contract even though he told me that they do have a one time service and I kept telling him that’s what I requested initially he didn’t even try to get me that one time service so and then just to get that contract off of my out of my name our account that they had already set up. It took me at least 1010 people transferred calls and nobody knew what the next person was doing so interact your own risk then I tried to get the service for the amount that I was quoted when I initially called in on Saturday, and the guy told me that he couldn’t help me with that and so even though I was told that I could still get that price when I got to the initial person to set up the appointment, he told me he couldn’t give it to me for the for the amount that I had been quoted so enter at your own risk Horrible company

This company's service is very messed up. I bought service for 3 of my properties from this company. One of the account was very messed up. When I talked to the sales guy when I first purchased their service, we agreed to pay per service over the phone. However, the contract they made me sign embedded with monthly subscription for this property which charges monthly even though the services wasn't provided monthly. And I told them that the only thing I really care is to treat the roaches inside of my property. However, they only sprayed the outside and didn't spray inside. I called at least 4 customer service agents and they would not fix it for me unless I pay more. And everyone is telling me different things. If I didn't have other accounts set up correctly, I wouldn't be able to tell how messed up their explanation was. Very disappointment at this time. Some of the sales people in this company are very shady. They would write something in the contract that's not verbally agreed. Read the contract carefully before you sign it. The first contract I signed with them was good so I trusted them and signed the second and third contracts without reading carefully. The second and the third contracts were very different from the first even though the service I requested are the same for all three properties. I am cancelling all my services with them and will never use them again.

3 times we’ve had to reschedule because 3 times they’ve no showed! At this point I just want to be done with them but want the service I’ve paid for. I’ve talked to customer service each time but it never works out. I don’t think this company has very good internal communication. I just want someone to show up and finish the job!!!

2nd service in a row that was less than what the service is supposed to give me. Last time the person came before scheduled time so I wasn’t home to let them in to do the inside. Mouse bait boxes I doubt were changed since no one asked what issues I have like normal services. This service the guy shows up. I open the garage, tell him I’d like garage done and start explaining the ants under the deck. The bait boxes, etc. he was here maybe 15 minutes. He sprayed at the edge of the inside of the garage (outer area). He claims he did both bait boxes however as you can see by the webs on it…how??? It looks untouched. I also sent him a text soon as I realized he was gone asking about these and the removal of webs. He said he didn’t have his bristle brush. Really? But I have to pay for the whole service. Cancelling.

*STAY AWAY!!* I do not want to even give this a star at all. Customer service is awful. Very slow to respond and no help at all. This company over-baked their Japanese beetle spray and killed a beautiful very large maple tree and several tiger eye shrubs in my yard. I have asked them to come look and they will not and will not do anything to fix the issues. They basically told me they did not do it with their product. I had a arborist come to my home to inspect and he asked who sprayed your trees and shrubs and with what. I told him the only spray on them was from Aptive.
The first time you came out was great! The 2nd time I don’t think you did anything. If your person had walked around the house he would have seen all the cobwebs and knocked them down like the first time. And then he sends me a picture that is not my house. I don’t have time to babysit your device people.
