I regret signing any contract with this company. I’ve had an issue with Asian beetles in my home and the treatments helped somewhat, but for the price that they change (especially without spraying the yard) it is not worth it. I initially signed a contract to set my bimonthly pricing and about halfway through my contract the company updated their pricing and started overcharging me. The company is overpriced compared to other companies already. I had Adam come to my home to spray and we were not impressed with him either, requested a different technician but the company refused. I had to call and send him back for another treatment because one visit he didn’t even spray the whole house. The only reason I am leaving 2 stars is because the lady at the front desk answering calls was as helpful as she can be given the work she is put through. After doing a lot more research, I recommend searching elsewhere for your pest services.

I am very disappointed in this company. I paid $187 yesterday for them to come out and set traps to catch a mouse. The tech was nice and all however In 24 hours I called them to let them know I saw the mouse in a bedroom where there were no traps set. They were willing to come out again but wanted to charge me another $55. Really 24 hours and you can’t do a courtesy call. I will never use them again. Not worth the money and poor customer service.

At 1155 this morning one of their drivers tried to race 5 cars on maple to the merge point on 72nd. When he realized he wasn’t able to get ahead of them he slammed on his breaks. That caused 3 cars to slam on their breaks and I had to drive over the curb to avoid from hitting anyone. When I got up next to him I asked him what his problem was and his reply was to flip me off that’s pretty classy!!

No call. No show. No respect for my time. I made an appointment days in advance to have bats mitigated in my attic. No one arrived at all, let alone on-time. I called the office to see what the problem was and got an answering service (which wasn't local / part of a franchise) which said, "they'd pass along my message". They claim this was a 30 minute job, quoted for $1,000! For that time and price I expect a service provider to call if they will not make the appoint in the LEAST. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and so should you!

We have a wood shake roof on our home and a problem with silverfish. We called Priority, and explained the problem, and asked if they could help. Priority came out and set off bombs in our attic, and sprayed the upstairs. The treatment was not effective. We called the owner of Priority Pest Control, and he came out and inspected our house. Priority explained that treatments of silverfish with wood shake roofs are ineffective. He was not able to offer any solution for a cure to the bug problem. Essentially, they sold us a service that they knew would not work. I don't consider this to be a reputable business practice.
