Update, they are still awesome. Previously, Owen came out to my place and did the normal treatment plus termite stuff. I had family over and he handled the crazy really well. Thanks Owen for getting it done while I was a bit crazy with guests. We hardly noticed you were so busy killing the pests (not the guests).

Jeff was wonderful. He answered all my questions and suggested wonderful solutions. Long story short- he determined I didn’t really need any services from Pratt- and that I could take care of my situation on my own. How awesome is that??! He drove all the way to my home, was probably able to tell I was inexperienced in what was going on, and still didn’t try to sell me a service I didn’t need. Didn’t charge me a dime! You gotta love that kind of honesty and integrity. Now- if down the line a genuine concern arises you can bet I’ll be calling Pratt!!
