Had the first service today and Sachi did it for a six plex and one of my tenants reached out right away to ask the ladies name who serviced her apartment so that she could call and leave a great review about her professionalism. Great first impression.

Sachi came and unlike the previous company that was hired for my unit, she personally asked me if there were any issues going on and when I told her mice, she seemed to genuinely show caring and precautious behavior with her tone, feedback, as well as actions. - She said that they would do some extra mice treatments outside when she came back and even found the hole I believed they were coming in and out of that I wasn’t able to see, by using a long tilted mirror thing. Sachi was patient and great!

Just had our Monthly Pest Control Service Appointment for prevention. The technician, Ewan, was on time, very thorough, answered all my questions and does everything with a friendly smile. Ewan and Miller Pest Control are great and take care of all our pest control needs.

I did an internet search “ remove voles Omaha “ your company came up. I called and was told that you DON’T remove voles. DUH

I am sure Evan did a great job. I wasn't there. I am however not happy with the inside service. The mouse traps set with no bait have not caught anything. However after finding mouse droppings we put peanut butter on a trap and have caught 3 on the one with peanut butter. I would like to cancel my service once my year conract is up.

Great fast service but way, way over priced. I paid over $900 for less than $100 of supplies and less than 1 hour of a technician's time to install termite traps. Your better off to buy the same items on-line and install yourself. Wish I had checked into this before hand.

Scott, we apologize for any frustration you've felt and appreciate your feedback, however, we stand by our price point and the services our technicians provide. Sentricon is only able to be sold by authorized companies who are approved, which is less than 3% of the industry. If you found Sentricon equipment on your own, it was likely stolen and resold since it is not sold to other pest control companies or anyone else unless they are approved.

After receiving the contract and discussing it with two different employees, I concluded that while this company may rate high on service, its contract reads like it was written by a sharpie. 1. It is a two-year contract and there is no way you can terminate without paying the entire two years. Think about this: The company could change ownership to another company with a terrible reputation, and you could not cancel the contract. 2. You pay every month for five service calls over the year which appears to include the initial call. I found it interesting that the salesman said that I would pay alternate months in order to receive the "free" recall service.

Thanks for your review, Robert. Our agreement is very similar to most of our competitors. Our Miller Guard package that you were looking at is a one-year agreement. We have options for bundling services to get massive savings that are a two-year commitment. Our customers have found that they are saving hundreds of dollars with our bundled programs. All programs include that we return within 24 to 48 hour response time if a customer does have an issue.
