I have an extremely severe phobia against bugs of any kind. When I first learned of bed bugs I about died! I have continuously prayed to God "please Lord don't ever let me get those." After 20 years I found myself with the problem. My Lien guy came and although he only found a few in one spot on my couch, he sprayed my whole apartment and taught me how to help eliminate all of them. I was so freaked out,. Even my sleep was horrible because I would dream of bugs. All kinds and they were always after me. He returned and I got a bite. I was about to have a breakdown. This great guy came and he sprayed everything again even though (thank God), they never were any place but my couch. And he did my couch and carpet and all around the entire area. All as I cried and whined the entire time. He was so kind all the while and he never lost on bit of compassion and understanding. If I see one, it wouldn't be because he wasn't the best person and bug killer

Jerry just stopped out for a termite inspection. For starters, Jerry was on time. We were told 1pm and Jerry was here at 12:55! Perfect! We got the good news that we didn't have active termites. It could have ended there, but instead Jerry took the time to show me signs to look for. He gave me tips on preventing termites in my home. He went above and beyond. While we don't have to use Lien this time around. They will for sure be my only call next time. I'm in a lot of people's homes for my job, and I will for sure recommend Lien to anyone.

The technician, Sean, actually showed up 5 minutes EARLY for the appointment, which was a pleasant surprise. He quickly reviewed the problem (carpenter ants) with me, I walked him around the area, and he set to work, not only spraying the house, but looking for the nest. WHICH HE FOUND! I'd asked him to alert me if he found the nest, just because I was curious about what it looked like. It was impressive that he found the nest in the most innocuous crack in our backyard tree. It was a joy to watch a professional work, and he was a truly pleasant person to talk with. 10/10 will use this company again.

Called with a assumption of having a termite problem (googled what termites look like). Although they advised me on the phone that I likely do not have them since termites are usually internal and you do not see them, they still came out to give me a free estimate. Upon coming out, they determined that I do not have termites and did not try to sell me on any type of service. Very professional company.

Bob is the best! He tells us great facts during every visit! We also never have critter concerns with having Bob stopping by every other month.

I had a wasp nest inside my bedroom window and had called them, but no one was available until the next day. I was never told what time the guy was coming, b/c they were busy. My apartment complex did take care of it same day. My issues is the guy came out here next morning and lied and said he knocked on my door and seen a quarter size nest outside a window and that was lie!!! It was on the inside and my maintenance check around my window once they took care of it. I definitely should have called when my apartment took care of it so this could have been avoided. I had no idea that someone would lie about doing work they didn’t do smh.

Horrible cust service rude disrespectful lady that looks like the mother on Grinch that stole xmas Luanne don't know what to do as she twiddled her thumb I did her job for her even after I gave her all the info like what a quack they tried to charge me 145 for a key fob diagnosed didn't even try to see if i was just pushing the wrong buttons but then going to say we did not do anything i gave them the error codes they didn't do nothing. But tried to charge me um no didn't even have a diagnostic print out concluded. I got a sticky note with what was wrong . 145 dollars where to do what?

Absolutely horrible experience! They went in my home while not there and 100$ was stolen highly reccomend you watching there every step if hired and put up any valuables!

Technician came out for a free inspection looked around a little and said no termites. Then my wife showed him these ants with wings that we found in basement and he said "just ants call us back when you have a real problem"! Then said "gonna have to tell my kids to eat bread and butter sandwiches we were banking on you having a termite problem"! Overall not impressed with the customer service! Never offered any services.
