Julie is the most unprofessional person I've ever spoke with. Yelling at me. I've never done a termite treatment and I've never in my life thought that I would deal with someone who would yell at me for not being aware on how the process goes. If you want a company to walk you through things, listen to you and respect you please find another company. This is disgusting and upsetting.

Very responsive, professional and honest. They don't strong arm you into a contact like other places. Their rates are very reasonable and we are glad we contacted them after having called several other firms, each requiring a contact with hefty cancelation fees. Technician Blake is very good about explaining each service and is courteous and clean.

When I called for an appointment, they told me that we really didn’t need this company to come out and take care of our mouse problem, which made me feel empowered but I still wanted a professional to come out. I was told everyone there for mouse extermination had been in the business 2-10+ years. We were looking for more experience. Also, I was told there would be an update for when the tech would get here sent via text. There wasn’t. I had a meeting that was going to run over and make me late; I made them aware of that, but the tech did not know. I do think the tech was professional, but under the 2 years of experience. I still think they were knowledgeable. The tech placed bait stations outside, but didn’t have time to place snaps due to overlapping appointments on their end and the delay in the inside inspection due to my previously mentioned meeting. This was $100 for the initial assessment and cost of supplies, which appears reasonable as now you own the bait boxes. If we want them to come out again as a no contract company, it is $95. They do not guarantee their work for any amount of time after resolution to problems. When the appointment was over, I was going to pay online, but when the tech called the main office, I could hear them say “you cannot leave without payment.” This was interesting because we have worked with many companies and they will invoice later or expect payment accordingly. When I called later and asked about the all pest option the tech brought up, they said mice are not considered regular pests. I will say this is not the stance of many of their competitors.

After calling multiple pest companies who wanted to charge me $300-$400 for a one time visit to take care of a wasp nest and were all extremely pushy in trying to sell me a recurring service that I didn't need I was getting behind frustrated. And then I was referred to these guys! Great price, no pushy sales tactics, quick service! Highly recommended!!!!

Came out to spray trees for carpenter ants. Time is the test but we get a year if we see any to call.
