Point took over from Mick’s Exterminating not too long ago. Mick’s was a very family oriented business. Point certainly bigger but not better. We’ve have medical issues in our family this past year and a couple invoices went past due but paid nonetheless. Next thing we know, we’ve been sent to a collection agency. We have been using Pointe Pest Control in O’Fallon for around 15 years now (before they were Mick's), and they continue to impress us with their professionalism, reliability, and results. When we first bought our last home, we discovered a serious brown recluse issue. It was honestly overwhelming, seeing as it was a newer home. Pointe stepped in immediately and handled it with complete confidence. They eliminated the problem quickly and thoroughly — something we are still incredibly grateful for

I used to get good service from the team (4 quarters) but the last two quarters a technician was out, they did not use the tube system that is on the home and most recently the tech was only out of his truck for less than 6 minutes. I'm not sure how they could possibly treat the home in that time including a walk to the front door to knock. They put traps out the very first time they were here but have never checked them or replaced them since. For the price, I do not see the value.
