They were bought out by Greenix shortly after and, while all the technicians I have personally encountered have been delightful, the company itself is horrible. After they got bought out some some corporation, they're no longer communicative, they scheduled for the ONLY DAY we said not to, didn't respond to rescheduling requests, and did the EXACT OPPOSITE of the services we requested of them, spraying areas we didn't want them to and ignoring areas we wanted them to spray. This company appears to have been bought by the national chain, Greenix. I’m sure the actual services are perfectly adequate. However, when I called to inquire about a wasp nest removal, there was immediate pressure to sign a $50 monthly, automatic subscription agreement.
