Garbage company and experience so far. I put my credit card down on a sheet of paper and the company managed to double charge it 2 weeks apart. Makes me feel like they have no idea what is going on at their office and who knows where that credit card number is now. Then I call to ask them to reverse it and please send me confirmation. A few weeks ago I came face to face with a flying squirrel in my kitchen. I had heard "activity" in my attic prior to that, but one night he was inside my house (I got him out but knew he would try to come back in from the cold)! I called the pest control company I have used in the past (not this one) and they said their squirrel program was a 5 day program and they only started it on Mondays (it was Tuesday AM when I called--in other words I had to wait 6 days for them to start trying to catch
Ive used this company several times, for different issues, from carpenter ants to coiled wormy things (?) and they have always been professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I’ve dealt with the employee Josh twice now, and he has been great; on time, professional, aware of safety needs. I would highly recommend this company.
Had Mike out a few weeks ago to take care of carpenter ants. Scheduling was easy. He was extremely knowledgeable about the ants and my options for treating them and told me what to expect. He worked with a partner that he was training in and they were very efficient. Best of all, the problem is gone. Highly recommend.
