After years of finding mice and droppings, several pest control visits and a home inspection, it was JOE that found a missing glass pane in a basement window! This was behind a shelf and under the deck, covered loosely with a piece of styrofoam. A full human could have come in the window, it’s no wonder the mice were letting themselves in! Boarded up the window and been mice free since! Thank you Joe!!!

We had mice activity and had caught 2 on our own but called Pat in a panic so we could have him figure out where they got in. He called me back right away and was at our house that afternoon. Thank the good Lord!! Pat walked around the basement and outside of our home with my husband to find possible entry points. We had him patched a couple areas for peace of mind. Pat pointed out some other areas that he could fix but thought with his direction, my husband could handle the rest. We have not had any issues since. This was back late June and it’s now September. We called Capital City Pest Solutions, Pat answered the phone ! We told him we had a yellow jacket problem. Pat said he would be out in 90 minutes and he was ! He did an inspection and sprayed the yellow jacket's nest. Pat was friendly, explained his process and also guaranteed his work. It has been two days no yellow jackets. I’ve worked with one of the big companies (rhymes with Sporkin) before and was disappointed in their service, the experience, and the results. from the moment I first spoke with Pat, I could tell he was a good person and knew what he was doing. He’s been responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. He gave us advice on things we could do ourselves to save us money and was honest and clear in his communications and assessments. He helped us eliminate our mouse problem within 24 hours of his visit. At no point did I feel like he was selling me on services or convincing me I needed some treatment that I don’t. It feels so good to work with a local small business and I couldn’t recommend Pat more highly! He knows his stuff and is great to work with.

We hired Pat to spray our house for spiders. He was friendly and easy to work with. He even came back to respray the deck since it rained right after the first spray. The best part is he didn’t try to rope us into a long-term contract. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

So grateful for the help, kindness and knowledge. Came out same day to remove nests and treated the whole exterior of our home, providing huge relief. Will definitely be continuing to use his service and will highly recommend to others! 10/10
