Our technician was friendly and helpful but when it came time to repair the holes in our siding from a persistent woodpecker the paint used did not really match our home. It was a shiny paint and slightly darker color which would've been ok if it stayed on the same panel of siding that was repaired, but she touched up areas outside of that and now it looks a little weird. I can send photos if requested. I really hate to complain but the paint job does not look good. My house color is faded and

I believe it was Drew who did the final repair and seal of the entry point and there's even a warranty for extra security.. they were all very kind, friendly and patient taking time to explain what they were doing and the process.. the final repair is AMAZING !! Also.. they came all the way down, every day, to Winona ( Minnesota) from up by the
