We purchased a house last year that had previous bat activity in the attic, there was a LOT of bat guano left behind in the insulation. I discussed our options with Mike, and he was very up front about his pricing and what would be the best value for us cleaning out the insulation and disinfecting the area. They came out and disinfected, and re bat proofed the house. They are one of the only pest control companies we talked to that guaranteed their work. Would highly recommend.

I had a mother bat and one or two babies living in my attic last spring. At bedtime they all came into the house to fly around —it was distressing! Mike came and sealed the points of entry and looked for additional entries and he even washed my high window—Nice man and his wife.
