Unprofessional and I cannot recommend their services. My first two years with my pest control guy was great but then my bugs got out of control, the providers stopped showing up and every rep I spoke to on the phone had a different story. When I left the company for a new a pesticide company, the rep ended our conversation very sarcastically and hung up the phone. No apologies for one rep telling fictitiously that I owed all this money and to make out a check right away TODAY for $500. Can

We had a fabulous experience not only with Paffys Pest Control but also with owner Duane Paffel and his assistant Jerry. They took the time to discuss our rodent problem thoroughly and professionally. After we had received a quote from a local company of $4,400, we decided to go with Paffys for a fraction of that cost. Update: Rove has been bought out by Greenix Fantastic job on controlling the mouse intrusion on my property, the knowledge every technician has provided, the timeliness of appointments, the detailed summary of each site visit, and the opportunity to come back anytime in-between scheduled appts for any reason without any additional cost.
