I had to have a repeat treatment as the invaders of my siding did not want to succumb to the previous treatment. Gary , the Technician, told me that they were definitely YellowJackets. He treated up under the siding with two different products and then checked to make certain they hadn't squeezed through the patio door like they did when I sprayed the area myself weeks back. Gary was very informative as to the habits of these annoying little creeps and made suggestions as to how I can stop making my area a great source of food and water for them. I really appreciated his professional advice ! GreenX definitely strives for complete complete customer satisfaction as there was no charge for this re-treatment. This is an update......the first inspection 3 weeks ago of my YellowJacket problem missed an additional area in the house siding a short distance from the first hive. So I called customer service and told them of my discovery while checking the activity of the first hive that was treated. Today they are sending someone to treat the newly discovered hive that is very active. The original hive that was treated twice is still active so they will probably treat that area again. This battle with the YellowJackets is going on 3 weeks since the first treatment , so I hope GreenX gets the scary situation under control this time. It is nerve racking taking my dog outside with these mean little creeps flying all over the yard. I intend to update again a few weeks down the road to report if the problem is finally under control. UPDATE : I just encountered the person GreenX sent to follow up on the missed hive. His name is Bob and an extremely rude person ! When I met him in the front yard and started to explain about the two previous treatments by two other gentlemen he interrupted me saying " I don't have time to listen as I have to get to my daughters recital so just show me !" I showed him the area already treated and the area in the siding that was missed. He said " You need to get a different professional here as we don't treat siding." Just short and rude. I said we'll powder was already sprayed so you can do that. He said "Fine" I tried to be nice and asked how old his daughter was and he said " I don't discuss my daughter with strangers !" I replied " I'm not a stranger but a customer". I went in the house. He left within a few minutes so I'm assuming he did a quick application of powder in the new hive but didn't retreat the previously treated hive that's still active. I did ask if he knew what type of company I should call and his reply was a short "I don't know look online !" I was a flight attendant for a major airline for 40 years and I know that good customer service is essential to have a successful business.....this man is not an asset to GreenX and because of him I will never use GreenX again !!

I wanted to cancel my account and Parker pushed me to keep open for last treatment changed the date on my service so I would miss the cancellation before next charge now I am stuck with another bill which I could not afford. Forced sales pitch and false information and misrepresentation been with you for years, will never use your company again ever or recommend.

Greenix responded promptly to my request to remove a large hornets nest from our yard. They arrived in the time frame given to us for the work to be done. Dan was courteous and professional, explaining his work thoroughly.

Jonathan was fantastic. Even arrived early. That never happens with service calls. He was very knowledgeable, kind & quick. With 5 dogs that is a must. Greenix staff is wonderful but not pushy. They don't try to over sell you products that you don't need.
