While the salespeople are very professional and do an excellent job getting you a free quote actually getting the services you paid for in a timely manner is a nightmare. The company thinks nothing about just not showing up to appointments they scheduled, are unable to reach their technicians in the field for updates and are unwilling to reallocate other technicians to meet their obligations. they tried deleting my comment. DO NOT HAE THESR GUYS, THEY ARE A SCAM, sales people are nice but techs do not show up. they take your money and cancling was a headache, i had to deactivate my card
