Very poor communication between the office and techs. I had several accounts on both my personal residence and rental properties, and have had a very poor experience with Plunketts. My service technician (Justin S.) does as little work as possible, actively avoids going inside of houses to check traps, and when an issue is brought to his attention, he isn't equipped with the skills or training to handle it, and doesn't seem to want to help. Overall have a bad impression from my experience with them.
