The service person Lindsay was amazing! She listened to the issues I was having, looked in all the rooms of the house, explained what she was going to do, and just had a great personality. She was professional yet friendly and asked several times if there was anything else she could help me with before she left. I am confident in her knowledge and abilities in pest control and look forward to working with her in the future! My only complaint is not her fault, the price of initial services seems

I set up an appoitment asap after having a VERY unwanted critter in my house. I got an appoitment right away. Courtney was amazing helping on the phone. Then Todd for my first appoitment. Took care of another one that made itself known upon arrival. On top of doing what was needed he talked with me and made me feel a little more at ease. The Orkin Team treated me with great respect! Thorough detailed explanation was given to me from the beginning call center, to the home inspection and ending with Lindsey, who worked diligently spraying my home. All the insects were given names from flies to spiders and the Asian beetle bugs, which my home was infested. From basement to attic my house was inspected, noting all entry points. I feel safer knowing that I won’t have to suffer from the many bug bites I endure! I highly recommend Orki
