Bob The Bug Man

We started services in 2024 for the pesky Asian Beetles and Christian came out last week to service for 2025. Thank you, we can finally enjoy fall in our backyard!

I just watched the guy spray 3 sides of our house and leave. I called to complain and they had him call me back. He was a jerk. He said that the "next time" he would knock on the door and have me follow him around so I could make sure it was done right. He thinks there might be a "next time." I won't be calling Bob The Bug Man again.

The customer service is unmatched. I was hoping to have someone come out and identify an insect. The secretary had me send pictures and diagnosed the bug on the spot. I was very appreciative on how fast the response was and flexibility to work with me.

I moved into my new house back at the end of July and I discovered I had Wasps and Ground Stinging insects on the property. Bob the Bug Man was able to come out and take care of these for me as well as help treat my property for over 300 different types of insects. I recently discovered that I also had a Yellow Jacket problem and that they were in our dead oak tree. Stacy over at Bob the Bug Man was able to inform me with a lot of helpful information about these pests and how we can treat them. After it was treated a week later I had the tree cut down and here attached is the result of their old nest. Bob the Bug Man is very professional and they have a great program to use to help treat your property 4 times from spring until fall for a decent rate. I would highly recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.
