I started with ROVE Pest Control (Oakdale, MN) 6 years ago. I have given several 5-Star Reviews about technicians who have serviced my home since. My most recent was around 2 years ago. Fast forward to February 2026. Recently, while my technician was GREAT, now that ROVE is Greenex Pest Control, I am only giving a 1-star. Technician himself was a 5-Star. However, you can no longer talk with someone in Customer Service who is local. When you call, you first cannot even speak to a human. You speak

Update: Rove has been bought out by Greenix Fantastic job on controlling the mouse intrusion on my property, the knowledge every technician has provided, the timeliness of appointments, the detailed summary of each site visit, and the opportunity to come back anytime in-between scheduled appts for any reason without any additional cost. Although, as much as I'd like to continue their services, I understand that the pests will always continue to come from other areas of the environment. As long
