Total disaster from start to finish. “Inspection” didn’t include flea hotspots. The inspector, although polite, didn’t know much about fleas. Zero communication from the office when I made the appointment about how to prepare. Maybe they know a lot about cockroaches- but they shouldn’t claim to know about fleas if they don’t. EXTREMELY friendly people, but would not hire them to handle bee removal again. The customer service was helpful, the technician was *knowledgeable* and knew exactly what procedure to use after identifying the species of bees... Everything is perfect except this problem: The employee had no protective equipment! He was in a T shirt.
