Loc came to our house to treat our wasp nest issue and followed up several days later to treat the rest of our yard. He took care of those pesky wasps and we can now walk outside in our yard without fear of being stung by them. Professional, prompt, and courteous! 10/10 would recommend!!

Unprofessional and I cannot recommend their services. My first two years with my pest control guy was great but then my bugs got out of control, the providers stopped showing up and every rep I spoke to on the phone had a different story. When I left the company for a new a pesticide company, the rep ended our conversation very sarcastically and hung up the phone. No apologies for one rep telling fictitiously that I owed all this money and to make out a check right away TODAY for $500. Can you say scammer? Wow. Be careful. This company has dicey employees.

Made an appointment for the 8a-12p window. Technician never showed up, never called. I called the company 3 times after the appointment window ended asking if they were coming today and each time they told me they'd "call me back." Never heard a word. No call no show, go somewhere else if you need someone to actually show up. Wasted an entire day of my time.

I'm giving it 2 stars instead of one because Cassie was nice, they charged almost $500 to tell me I got chipmunks and possibly bats and just put bar bait snap traps and glue traps, well was really just looking for an expert opinion but I thought they would actually proffesionaly get rid of them well I was quite wrong they were way over priced
