The man was nice and kind. However, I did most of the work before he came. The things i wanted him to check he couldnt. He didn't have a ladder to check the sofet or gutters, where i think they were coming from. We still have no idea where the point of entry is. That is concerning. He did put 4 black traps in the basement where i never have saw a trace of a mouse. He also put 2 poison traps outside. Not sure i got what i paid for. I do have a year for them to come out monthly and check on me

Technician texted me they were on their way to do a scheduled service on 4/22/2024. I replied for them to check the traps inside and the bait stations outside. No response, bait stations not attended to, not sure if even serviced. On the portal it says 4/22 is scheduled, bit not completed. Why am I paying $50/month for no service and bad customer service. I'm disappointed and irritated. I asked that the wasps be killed off ASAP because that is my main entree to my home. I also explained that the AC by the door needs repair. The AC guys came out today, got stung, and said they would return when the wasps are gone. So no AC! And these guys won't come back for 13 days.
