Great service, came when they said they would & made sure if I had any other issues that needed to be addressed that they asked that question! Jacob and his trainee were great!

The salesperson,Mary ann I believe?), over the phone assured me that their services are worth it instead of doing an at home remedy. The one time service would not suffice because they are extensive and inspect beyond just whats inside. That they look further and that they use sophisticated equipment. It was one guy that came, he told me his plan and what the details were. The plan matched closely to what I had in mind to do on my own. They did not do a deep inspection, it was very surface level. Kind of disappointed especially with what the salesperson told me. Overall, great customer service. Soren was very good at explaining, as well as receptive to our feedback. He was willing to go back over some areas for us. Very helpful young man. They also have some good policies for customers.

Greg is the only orkin guy I feel comfortable with he is very professional and friendly the only service person I would allow in my home if I had to leave. He is a gem 💎

We had such an incredible experience with the pest specialist Daniel!! He put my mind at ease with our pest problem. He explained everything he was doing in detail, showed us are future problem area. He was super helpful and personable!!! They also came out on the same day my panic set in. Thanks Daniel for helping my nerves calm all the way down, you are a lifesaver !!!!!

5 stars specifically for your technician Eli Schuster, who came to our home to do the comprehensive inspection. He was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of our property. Be sure to give him a shout out! :) Regarding the service itself- The original visit (including quick appointment time), to determine the type of ants I saw in our home, was much appreciated. The price was reasonable and they will get more money from us- as they plan to come back for 12 months. Also Keith, the technician who originally arrived & did treatment, also gets 5 stars for promptness and efficiency. However, the very expensive estimate received for the subsequent comprehensive inspection thereafter is disappointing. I was already warned that this inspection, given the minor issue we had here at our home, would likely result in the chance for upsale. Nevertheless, the report with the over $9K "Total Investment" was shocking- and so not 5 stars for Orkin, the company itself, in that regard.

I was very impressed with the speed and knowledge of the Orkin service technician.. Not only was the hornet nest removed the Orkin technician explained the life cycle of the Bald-Faced hornet's using the nest he had just removed from my house. Very interesting.. Thank you Dan from Orkin.

I was very impressed with the service that I received from Orkin. The front desk staff were always delightful to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. The entire team was great...Salvador, Carlos, everyone....Very knowledge and walked me through the entire process.I'm so happy and while I hope I never need them again, I feel confident that they will live up to the 5 year warranty. They made the process easy and swift! I would give them all 10 stars if I could!

Idk how I feel about this business they sprayed for mice and bugs but doesn’t seem like the stuff they use is good cause we are now seeing way more mice we noticed bugs are now coming out like the box elder ones and centipedes I never saw that many before I feel like maybe the spray is making it worse. We decided to end things and switch to a different company that handled one of our other problems we had before

Update: full refund granted. 1 star added. That's good business. OP: Had mice. They came out and originally upcharged me for mosquito service. Cancelled that. Paid 820 bucks to get mice handled. Detailed Inspection and traps laid. 800 did not include sealing up the house! They want close to 6000 dollars to seal the house where there is evidence of them coming in. We are talking steel wool, silicone, sealing foam and maybe some drywall work. This companies business model is ridiculous. Called another company who is coming tomorrow for 89$ to get a second opinion. Try elsewhere first. Bad company.

Miranda was wonderful. She was very easy to communicate with, walked around the house with me and explained what she was going to do, how she was going to powerwash the siding, protect the property, and then was extremely efficient with her work. Thank you!!!

Adrian was super helpful and knowledgeable about the service he was providing. He was very thorough and didn’t try to charge me for anything unnecessary.
