I walked in my front door and was literally attacked by a bat 😩 I panicked and immediately ran out and started googling… I found Professional Wildlife Services and immediately called. A tech answered and let me know that they could come out within an hour and remove the bat for me. The technician came out, found the bat, and removed it. They were very knowledgeable and eased my mind about going back inside my home. The company followed up with me afterward, to ensure that we found how the bat got in. They were able to identify the entrance, and perform repairs needed to ensure that I never experienced this trauma again. I am so grateful for the peace of mind and quality work completed. 10/10 recommend!

Zac was incredibly helpful and patient. He saved a bird that had gotten trapped in my chimney and then took the time to solve the mystery of how it got there in the first place (it was not through the top, it turns out there was a little hole that I never would have noticed on my own). Nick was awesome! We had an issues with Raccoons in our attic and he came out the same day we called. He was a real professional and worked quickly to help solve our Raccoon problem. I couldn’t recommend him enough if you have any critter issues.

Zac and the staff at Professional Wildlife Services are wonderful to work with. They are very quick to respond, excellent at communicating and keeping customers in the loop regarding progress on their job. They thoroughly explain the process that they are going to employ to eradicate whatever problem animal(s) that the customer has encountered. In our case, they had to work with a condominium Board of Directors, which is certainly never easy. They always responded to our questions ( there were many) promptly. I would highly recommend engaging their services to anyone who has the need. They are local, affordable, and great to work with!

I called about a chipmunk getting into my house and on short notice he was willing to come out and take the chipmunk out the same day. He was super nice and extremely easy to work with. He was also very upfront with pricing which was more than fair. I’ll use him again if I ever have a pest issue!

We needed opossum removal on a weekend. Zach was over in less than an hour, quickly removed the opossum, thoroughly inspected the property, and answered all our questions. Friendly and professional service. We would highly recommend.

Very pleased with Professional Wildlife Services. Raccoons chewed through my parent's soffits. Professional Wildlife Services removed the raccoons and replaced the soffits cheaper than estimates we had for just replacing the soffits. Everything looks great. Very pleased!

We just moved into our new home. Such a bummer when we realized we were sharing our space with mice. I called around to pest experts and they only planned on setting traps, plugging up holes, and not actually going into the spaces I heard the rodent activity due to company policies. Wildlife was the way to go as they came and did some unique sealings and inspections in those areas. They came out until we didn't have the issue anymore. It was a bit pricey in our case as the procedure and what we wanted (cutting holes and sealing areas) required more work. But peace of mind and a stop to the mice were well worth the cost. Zac, our agent, was friendly and helpful. We were out of the way in his regular zone but he made it work. There's a warranty incase we have problems again but I'm hoping this solved our pest issue.

Wonderful company to work with!

They got the job done. I own an investment property. Squirrels worked their way into the attic. Most pest control options don't handle wildlife. So I was referred to professional wildlife services. They sent out a rep (Zac,) he took a look at the situation, and he provided a quote. They trapped wildlife for a few days, then came back to remove the traps. Directly after they maid repairs. It is what I needed. I gave 4 stars because I thought the price was high. I'm just being honest.

While I think improvements can be made with the "contact us" features via web or phone for the company, I can only commend the outcome. Zac scheduled an appointment, visited, and walked me through options. Quotes were provided. Decision made. Scheduled the work. Work completed. Could not be happier with the total house fascia wrap. Thank you for listening to me, making suggestions, and for performing outstanding work! Kudos to Zac!

Maybe this company is very good when you actually get in contact with someone, but this rating reflects my inability to do so despite multiple attempts. I was first referred to Professional Wildlife Services by Adam’s Pest Control. I was told this company would contact me but, since I was also given a phone #, I decided to call that same day. Nobody answered and I left a message. I called 2 days later…again nobody answered and I left a message. After the weekend, I decided to submit a request online through their website. I did so and an automated email was sent to me with an email address that I could reach out to them to ask any questions about the request. I reached out to this email address and indicated that I had a few questions and asked them to contact me. Still no response. I am leaving this review after over a week of just trying to talk to someone without success.

Hired Professional Wildlife Services to get rid of squirrels in the attic. He identified 9 entry points that were exposed when the roof shingles were replaced (used to be Cedar). They set traps for about a week and then repaired the openings. They had excellent service, explained the process clearly, took the time to answer questions. Due to weather work was re-scheduled multiple times but the quality of work was excellent and we haven't had any squirrels in the attic since then.

I’ve used Professional Wildlife Services twice now and would recommend them over and over again! Originally, we had a pesky squirrel in our attic which they trapped and sealed the spot where it got in. The following year, we decided to wrap the exterior fascia of our home with steel to avoid any future squirrel infiltration elsewhere and we had Professional Wildlife Services handle the project. It was done quickly and looked great! They came everyday, multiple days in a row and worked late to finish quickly. We’re so relieved it’s done and happy that Professional Wildlife Services did the project!

First experience with removing bats from my attic was good, he came out sealed some spots on roof and added valve to allow bats to leave at end of April. I was told that the valve would be removed within 2 or 3 weeks. It is now the end of June and valve has not been removed. I've tried leaving multiple messages on phone number and through website to have the valve removed but haven't received any call backs.

Zach and his team are great. They get busy a lot. But when they show up, they are very professional and honest. They are also more reasonable than what you will find out there for the same job or even more. In my case, it was definitely more. They came few more times after the initial session. They did a great job in getting rid of all my squirrels in my attic and covered every entry way. They don’t rush and that turned out great for me and my wife. They also handled all the mice entry points. The mice really gave us a lot of headaches. I am especially impressed with the coverage they put in the entry ways. I was worried that it will make my wall look weird but these guys know what they’re doing. I have called around many places before I called Zach. But once I spoke to him, I didn’t make other calls. That’s because I realized he charges for some quality work than the others I’ve called. I would definitely call them again and you should too. Save yourself the headache.
